The Equestrian planet was a recent colony, on one of the outskirt galaxies. It however was in a position to trade with other Pact Nations, so it had a fair bit of ship traffic going over the planet. There was stations surrounding the planet, but only one defensive platform, as most of them were trade stations. A single ship approached the new one, as scans had revealed it was quite primitive, and wouldn't even hold up in a fight against a civvie ship. There was a bit of static on the comm channel before a message could be heard.
"Alright transmitters are readjusted, everything looking good back there? Alright then. You have landed in the space of the Equestrian Empire, and by extent the Union of Nations known as the Equiis Pact. I'm not a diplomat, this is one of our outer colonies in one of the outer galaxies we have explored, we lack any form of diplomats. We are peaceful though, so don't expect attacks. As for the humans we have contacted them, but there situation is a bit iffy right now since you have contacted your friend Fergus. A war of beliefs erupted, and out of it the EA survived, but the Kepler Alliance as it came to be known as left and became a member nation of the Pact. They are also now the AIF, having changed from being the Earth Alliance as Earth is currently absent from reality."

Refueling and Docking Station A1, Equiis Orbit
The Station was quite busy, Equiis had a lot of traffic and it had been hard enough to find space for the Sazkarjhia ships. Engineers and people moved about, carrying bags and fuel cans. The Captain of the ships was lead to a small break room off the main hall. The Unicorn diplomat spoke up.
"Sorry for the meeting place, this was the best we could arrange."

"By the gods... an entire planet? Gone? Our people have the power to destroy cities with a single weapon, and I thought that was horrific enough, but entire planets? You are a magical species, and while the energies are different, my people could pick up a message from us if we were near a hub of magical activity. We assume your homeworld would be such a place."

"Just a minute, turning you over to a official diplomat."

"For your comments regarding the destruction of Earth I fear that may not be the worse to come. The Big Three all have the ability to make more W.M.Ds, ones I fear that may be able to take out whole star systems, and entire chunks of galaxies. We are also preparing a quantum gate connection to Equiis, the Equestrian Homeworld. We are indeed magical, and we have even given this gift to other races, one of which is being the humans. Also to make sure you know terminology Equestrians refer to any member of race that originates from Equiis, there is actually multiple Equestrian races.

The destination was a peaceful place. Foreign powers had not reached this part of space, leaving this door rich for future expansion. The head of the colonial fleets was Admiral Mahone, a Domi Hach. The space they had reached showed no contact, except for the occasional hum that might appear on scanners. The Fleets quickly took to work, and began colonizing numerous planets. Attack fleets secured the territory around them, as well. The first planet they colonized was named Two, after the first planet to colonize in another galaxy.

The ZP has accepted the invitation, wishing good peace between the two.

The Selkath in the room turned their heads, peering around. There was a wave of speech as they spoke aloud their confusion on having been brought here. Suddenly part of the wall opened and a balcony extended out, a Triarii walking out and standing above them
"You have been called upon to serve. You are some of the strongest of the Selkath... Mages. You will be the first Trans-Selkath that are produced. You will be integrated into the Equitem, just as the STAMU (Specially Trained Anti-Magic Units) are. Together you will bring a new rise to the Collective. And what a surprise the Equestrians will get if they threaten us, when their powers are turned in on them. You are the portent of a new dawn. Your DNA has been extracted and is under analysis as we speak. You shall soon be the strongest, fastest and most intelligent of your kind" The Triarian said, as he slammed his fist to his chest in a salute

Embassy
Works on the Embassy has begun as all the financial documents has been settled; about 40,000 construction drones will assist in the building of the station. The Council has stated that out of all four representatives to be sent in the embassy, only one will belong in the Aeternal Council, which for now is to be announced.

Aeternal Update
Two freshly-graduated top-notching political scholars from prestigious academies has been elected by the Council itself for the empty positions, and is as follows:
Nea Tapplin, female, age 22 cyc.
Eirom Koora, male, age 21 cyc.
They will participate in the Council's functions and works normally, and is welcomed to ask any questions to senior Aeternals regarding any matter on work and current political situations. Socialization is also free.

Supreme Collective Fleet
Approximately thirty-eight minutes had passed before any conscious began functioning again, from the universe-universe-universe hop, traveling an estimated 4 universes and an approximate 450 thousand-billion galaxies in a moment. The transfer of mind and spirit takes longer than the transfer of matter and energy, so they only began responding to everything else after the 'port. What greeted them when they came out, however, was unexpected, but prepared for.

A thousand Seeder ships simultaneously moved and angled themselves towards the unknown objects that had just appeared, and waited for some kind of indication of movement. Once the people onboard regained consciousness and awoke, the Seeders detected the spike in biological carbon-based lifeforms on the objects, and began moving forward. Moments after they began moving forward, a dozen Corvettes detached from the much larger ships of the Supreme fleet, moving forward to inspect the seemingly unarmed spaceships moving towards them. The Corvettes flew about and around the ships, nimble in comparison, and received no incoming fire. After several minutes, though, a Corvette abruptly lit up, fire bursting from several tears and cracks that were previously not-there.

And so the Corvettes pulled back, and let the larger ships, which were slightly bigger than the Seeder ships themselves, and they scanned out. After the Seeders halved the distance, they began picking up the mines that they were dropping all around them.

So the Supremes sent out a galaxy-wide scan, very subtle and silent, though it'd still cause a slight disturbance in any radar, and then teleported into the very-empty Galactic Center, clear of black holes and suns in the center from the previous anti-matter Rings that had detonated.

Unknown Signals
The Equestrian radar drifted around in the empty void of the galactic center. It had been placed there shortly after the end of the Drac War, incase any Dracs were escaping through the galactic center. One of the lights beeped on, a signal had been beamed to Equestrian Command that new ships had been detected, also reporting they seemed to be distantly linked to the Dracs but weren't them.

It didn't take long for a small assortment of Equestrian and Pact vessels to arrive on scene. They began scans of the ships then beamed the following messages to the ships.
"We represent the Equestrian Empire and the Equiis Pact. We are peaceful and wish for contact with you."

The galactic core still had a small presence of automated Triarian scavenger ships, which had long since cleaned up the debris from the antimatter rings and what was left of the vessels. They had been using the debris to construct a space station of some kind, which had most systems constructed but its body wasn't complete.
Their mission had begun less than a year ago, and the machines had made slow progress as they had to make the parts after melting the scraps

The new contact was seemingly ignored, save for a single drone which flew towards it, before turning and zipping back to the half constructed space station
Half a minute later a Triarian Patrol, consisting of two hastati and a princeps, appeared in system, responding to the message sent by the drones

The ships moved forwards slightly and examined the new contact, but didn't do anything as of yet

First Contact of MWG
Each Supreme ship, most with clear functions, such as water tankers, fuel freighters, munitions freighters, battleships, and Corvettes, immediately moved into a more defensive order. All unarmed or lightly armed ships moved close together, while the much larger, more dangerous ships turned broadside and surrounded the transports, creating a rough sphere of ships.

After a period of several hours, a response in impeccable, perfect Equestrian and Triarian was sent back to the contacts, respectively.


We are the Universal Supremes, and this area has been selected for our temporary base of operations. This Center is now our center. Peaceful negotiations will be aboard the ship now emerging from our defenses.


True to their word, 3 Corvettes, one with less armaments but more thrusters and a much more obvious shimmering shield, moved out from one of the gaps from between the ships, approaching a predetermined location of equal distance between the Supremes, the 'Equestrians', and the 'Triarians.' Any possible explanation for how they knew the languages went unexplained.

"Alright, i'll get back on your publication on universal sphere expansion as soon as i can. Take a break and eat outside for a while."
It was a warm night then. Professor "Ksvichar", or so he was, walked out of the building lobby with a small cup of warm, bitter coffee-like liquid in his hands. He seemed to be in a relaxed, free mood then, but something seemed... off about him, for some nearby. They dismissed it though as just being the feeling around a top scientist, but the strangeness emanating from his presence was a bit... stranger.

The busy tunnel networks above the plaza twisted and looped over, splitting towards various destinations. Thousands of aircraft strolled on their day as they flew near and above the tubes. Light from the skyward, towering buildings and a single, gigantic space elevator glowed a cool blue color as many flickered on and off from the busy nighttime lives of the Kaiyouans. Of course, this was the daily life here at Impera. Work and play to be done, all and all. A cafe stood around the corner, where Ksvichar was headed to take a try of frozen drinks as he finished off his'. He just stood outside while doing his second take.

But it was at that point when things will take a turn. As he just threw the cup on the floor, he appeared to be taking something out of his pocket. A gun. Yes, a gun, no plasma, no energy, no particle, just a bullet gun. Ksvichar started aiming and shooting at any passersby he could find, which ran for their lives then. Authorities showed up in crowds, all aiming their gun at them.

The scientist just stood there, arms up, but with a disturbing smile.

"Keep your hands in the air!"

Then another shot was fired by him. Like firing squads, the authorities shot all at once their plasma guns. Ksvichar collapsed on the ground, seemingly dying, but the stare still held on. The chief of the squad approached closer, where his skin turned to an eerie, dark red color with orange particles swirling and darting across its surface. Then his body appeared to dissolve into red, glowing squares, before revealing...

Retsukuu.

"Holy mother of God." The chief simply stared.

Her body began to crumble slowly as what appeared to be red cracks opened at her surface. Then Retsukuu poofed into nothing but a bright red and orange beam of energy reaching for the sky, when all those observing from space saw a purple shockwave envelop across Impera's surface. A massive global blackout left the entire world in darkness, then huge explosions began to litter across the planet. Retsukuu transitioned from a biological being to a living energetic entity, a spirit able to wreak physical havoc, making her biologically dead but technically alive.

News spread of this, followed by small protests across the entirety of Makudan.

"Denied, this center is neutral territory, your claim of sovereignty is not recognised. Confirm: Malignant or Benign." A Message came back in Triarian followed by a string of words in another language "Lara Kara Para-Sara Muma"
This was followed by more words in Triarian Standard
"Your name is a failure to comply with identity check. Re-apply"

Supremes Contact
The Equestrians promptly sent over a message saying they were sending a drop ship. A small silvery drop ship then proceeded to come out of the belly of the lead ship. The Equestrians deactivated there weapons, despite them seeming to be associated with the Dracs they seemed fine enough. The drop ship docked with the Supremes' ship, then proceeded to wait to be invited in.

As Impera fell into complete doom, all the electric-like effects surround the planet coalesced to a single point facing to a certain known Equestrian planet. The world was now a dead husk, and soon will be that certain world of the horse-people. The electric glow jumped to a ship nearby, which traveled to its destination. The possessed vessel, nine kilometers long and now in a blue hue, loomed over planet, seemingly waiting for a response.

Retsukuu remains at large within the entire galactic community today. Fleets are requesting entry into all known nations and their cooperation in finding known identified terrorist.

The ship was met with a heavy response. The planetary shield was activated as every defensive station in orbit fired high powered weapons at the possessed ship. A fleet numbering 300,000 ships arrived, also hitting it with everything they had. Balefire megaspells were also launched, the amount of firepower at this point is devastating to the target.

Retsukuu
The Equestrians have taken the bait. As the ship exploded right away, a bright surge of energy jumped from ship to ship, doing apparently nothing at first until all the ships that has been crossed into, about 40,000, began fire on the rest and being apparently buffed up drastically. Retsukuu then materializes from the distance as she watches all the ongoing havoc, while staring at the planet occasionally, seemingly preparing for something.

Selected fleets for extermination are on their way.

What Retsukuu didn't account for his that Equestrian ships have remote self destructs that don't need to activate. Escape pods fled from the 40,000 has the erupted in a giant explosion. The other ships quickly spread out as various Archmages got together and formed a magical field, attempting to repulse Retsukuu away from the ship. Faust had not yet intervened, but watched the situation closely. The ships spread out from eachother, far enough away that if one was afflicted by the possession thing again it could not jump from ship to ship.

"I would display, but it is above clearance. The collective has dealt with those such as her before, and has a branch dedicated to killing beings even stronger than her. Their record stands as impressive. The odds for the Collective are an improvement on your own odds. My superiors will know if she comes, just as they know when you come. All that aside, anything she can do is inconsequential. Be careful with your audio production organs, disrespecting the Collective might earn you trouble."

Sayar waved his hand dismissively, saying, "It's fine, it's fine, really."

He sat at the small table in the center of the breakroom. The two O.G.V.S. with him took post at the door, with their rifles in a port position. Fleetmaster Tin'yum turned to the unicorn.

"Is it all right if I speak with someone of higher power; particularly concerning the Equiis Pact? it's very important that I do." he asked.
