Message beamed to the Galactic Center through the Equestrian Outer World
"The Draconians managed peace, but not Harmony, very far from it. It was a corrupt peace. Twilight Lives, Cadence Lives, only Celestia lays dead, and not even by Luna's hooves she is. She became a corrupted by dark forces, and that it why she died. Luna is not one to kill others who stand in her way, she will either try to convince them there her cause is more just, or find a way around them. The Pact is not the NLR's sin, it was the sin of now dead government officals. Luna never wanted the Pact run that way, nor did those we elected either."

Pirates?

In Equestrian Space, a group of ships of alien origin waited for a passing Equiis cargo ship while cloaked. It passed in front of them and they drifted forwards, out of sight thanks for their cloaking mechanisms

Aboard the Equestrian ship

The systems didn't detect anything odd for the moment and the Equestrian walked down the corridor and noticed something outside the airlock, out of the corner of her eye. She backtracked up the corridor and turned to look out of it, and sure enough there was an alien with two odd looking swords standing in front of it, on the hull of the space ship.
It tilted it's head and then slashed out and the blades began to cut through the door. She took a step backwards and turned to contact her fellow crew members, only to hit something in front of her as she tried to run and stumbled backwards to the floor. Slowly, another odd looking alien appeared and it took a moment for her to realise it was de cloaking, she scrambled backwards but it moved upon her and aimed a strange alien device towards her, before firing a single shot into her face. She screamed as the plasma burnt through her face.
In the next Corridor, another heard her screams and turned the corner to find himself face to face with an alien as it moved it's gun from his killed comrade to him. He turned and bolted off towards the bridge, the alien in hot pursuit. He arrived at the doors to bridge and they opened up to allow him inside... What awaited him was a horrible sight, as the bridge crew lay dead with some of the alien menaces over them. He began to cast a spell but was interupted by a sharp pain in his back, and he fell to the floor, immobilised as the blade pierced his spine. The aliens began to speak with one another in some unknown language, and in the view screens, as he last view, he could see a set of alien vessels appear and approach the vessel to load on the pirated goods.

The Alien Pirates jettisoned the cargo into space and abandoned the Equestrian ship, their ships picking up the cargo that had been dumped into space and gathering as much as they could before escaping, leaving a ghost ship with a dead crew floating in space. Less than ten seconds after they had left the system, the ships self destruct kicked in and obliterated the ship entirely.

Supreme Central Station, Galactic Center
"Message incoming from the Equestrians, by beam communications. Downloading the file to the desktop... orders?"
"Trash bin."

The communications officer clicks on the file labelled with the date, time, and coordinate-source, and dragged it over to the little trash-bin icon, and dropped it in.

Outer Equestrian World
The Abh Imperial First Fleet exited a wormhole in orbit of the planet, shields up and weapons at the ready. They glided through space at orbital velocities with the flagship (The IFV Lashkau) at point, scanning for the Supreme activity they suspected was present. When they found nothing, the highly noticeable red-painted flagship sent a message to the planet below. In a bored tone, it should be noted.
"This is Admiral Beneej Spoor of the Abh Imperial First Fleet, what happened here and why was contact lost? Please tell me I didn't order twenty thousand of my little ships out here because of a comms malfunction."

Kepler Alliance
The AIF has accepted the Kepler Alliance back into the Federation nations! Celebrations are taking place across all planets due to the reunification of the two factions. The humans in particular are elated, as they have long wanted unification among the Terragen species. Obviously, there is no total unification due to the Lance Humans, but it is still a step closer that the citizens have decided requires a massive celebration. A petition has been ratified by the Federation Council, making it a national holiday!

Message to the New Lunar Republic
"It would be an honor to take part in the creation of this new union, and we accept your invitation to join! We shall send diplomats to whatever world you wish to hold the meeting on, as well as security forces in the event of a Supreme or Triarian attack. It is our hope that this will be the beginning of a great new alliance that provides peace and prosperity for all of its citizens!"

"The Supremes were attempting to take some of each Equestrian species, telling us that they wished to preserve our race."

Message to the AIF
"We wish to hold it on Lakfalle. We believe it is the best place to hold it, as it does help project a peaceful honor and the Abh fleets helped us a lot. As such we would like the honor of hosting our meeting there."

Message to the Aeternals
"We have detected a bioweapon that is currently ravaging much of the former Makudan Territory. We believe soon you will be the last survivors of your race, we wish to invite you to join the New Lunar Republic. Our scientists, if you choose to join us, could begin working on restoring your race. We could also return your magic, after Celestia took ti away from you."

Ravaging Disease
With the NPSM bioweapon lost control of, with the split factions having little knowledge regarding all the shelved projects made by the Makudan, and with continuous conflict within the borders, it is safe to say that the Kaiyouan race may fall apart, leaving only the Immortal Caliber as the final trace of their existence. Even the then-freed Asceradiians have been completely wiped out and is considered extinct, but mostly due to the results of the civil war. 1/6th of all territories are infected, the rest have wars still ongoing. An attack has been attempted on the Immortal Caliber, but has been wiped out by the ship itself.

Invitation
"We will review your request on our absorption, once it has been agreed upon then we will join under your command."

Alliance building

The Zonanese Powers has requested an alliance with the nation of Sazkarjia. They ask however that they refrain from joining whatever new pact/republic is created by the Equestrians, fearing that their possible ally might be thrown into another conflict.

Colonial Updates

Fleet Commander's Log: Captain Reyes II

They've migrated me to one of the newer galaxies we've colonized. As of now, we've colonized around five or so, two of them fully developed. It's going by fast, you know? Our economy's really speeding up, which makes me wonder if we'll go into another downturn to soon that we completely collapse like before. That's why the leading officials in the Colonies, including me, have requested to refrain from further colonization until we've fully developed these galaxies, like before. We could probably jump the gun and continue on and be fine and all, but why risk? We could be using this money for better armaments, economic growth, new gizmos and shit. It's not like we haven't been doing that. I've heard some talk about us turning one of the gems into a weapon, or these moon destroyers, though they're of course just rumors spreading around by these dumb fucking hippies. And of course they're Comus, paranoid shits, though from time to time I'll see a Domi or two. Oh well, I'll keep the journal posted. Admiral wants some log to be kept up to date for future reference, though I have no idea why...

Aeternal known location
A dozen Supreme ships 'port into the area of the Aeternal 'Caliber' ship, and the Supreme Warships all move to surround it once they found it. Corvettes again began blocking all communications, and soon the ship is, very simply, surrounded.

Your race is in critical stages, and have already lost secondary races. Direct intervention is required for your preservation. Stand by, stand down.

As 10 of the Warships began powering up a shield that surrounded the entire area, both on the outside, and on the inside, to keep the majority of the Warships and Corvettes from being injured by the Aeternals, or outside forces, the other 2 began closing on the smaller ships, with thousands of Corvettes swarming around the ship itself, like a whirlpool of bright blue streaks of light, and 2 giant ships, all closing in on the Aeternals.

Another Outer Equestrian Planet
Again, 6 Warships, with signatures identifying them to be the same as at the other planet, 'ported into orbit, and several electronic warfare Corvette formations folded in at low orbit to begin blocking communications. A message, exactly like the one that was sent before, was broadcasted. When a response similar to the other planet was given, the Supremes again promised preservation through any means possible, and 'ported/folded away.

Half an hour later, they appeared at another planet, and broadcasted the same message while blocking all outside communications.

Message to Triarian Message

"At this point, we agree. I fear that the Equestrian regime will spiral out of control as its leading body develops into an oligarchy of tyrants. With your naval and technological prowess, and our experienced special forces units and fighting tenacity, we would be able to fight off any impending threat."

Data File: Sazkarjhia Defense Firm Biological Research and Development (BRD) Division

DATA FILE SERIAL NO.: AT104
DIVISION: SDF BIOLOGICAL R&D
CASE STUDY: BELLARAN SWAMP BASILISK
DATE: 03/14/2160 C.C.
DETAILS:

BRD teams have been researching the Bellaran Swamp Basilisk for some time for viability as a biological weapon. For the uninitiated, this reptilian is a carnivorous creature, typically greenish-brown in coloration with blue eyes. It's about 4.5 meters long and weighs in at about 550 kilograms. It has a set of legs that can fold in when swimming, one pair of grasping arms and a smaller pair of feeding arms. It has a few rows of spines along its back that fold when it is not active in hunting. However, what we've noticed about this creature is its jaw. It has very long, knife-like teeth--normally to large to fit in the mouth without causing damage--that fold into special cavities in the roof of its mouth. It also has a small duct in the bottom jaw, and through some...unfortunate incidents, we found out that it sprays some sort of highly corrosive liquid; so corrosive, in fact, that we have not been able to analyze its atomic structure since it severely damages anything it touches. We assume that this allows the basilisk to incapacitate its prey before going in for the kill. Its scaly skin is also incredibly resilient. In can almost entirely resist small arms fire, and it wasn't until one of the heavies stationed with us with a small railgun was able to shoot it in the eye, killing it almost instantly. This deceased specimen was the only way we were able to closely study it.

What fascinates us the most is its hide. When we shot at it with a Type 4 rifle, it created a hole and singed it instantly. We can assume that muscular contractions from the skin can tighten it. Therefore, we concluded that if we cannot use the animal's parts for stronger armor and offense, we can use the animal itself. They're difficult to train, and given their volatile behavior and dangerous defensive and offensive mechanisms, they're difficult to get close to. However, with the right training we could see these as very powerful units on the battlefield, and almost nothing will be able to hold them back.

Supreme Central Station, Galactic Center
"The 6-formation Warship group just returned from the 3rd planet to be warned. The AIF apparently think they're closing in, but we're still right here."
"We're in the radiation cloud, entering this area will mean their lives will be extinguished without any Supreme intervention."
"Aye, sir. Should we increase radiation levels?"
"Why do you propose?"
"Having the antimatter generators in open space, without their protective coverings would increase the amount of harmful radiation by about... 400%. Enough to destroy shields, because of the antimatter properties."
"I will consider it. What about the affect on ourselves?"
"We have stasis shields, which is something that no one else has ever adequately developed, besides the Draconians and other galactic races which are not present here. Ours are advanced enough to block it; the AIF shows to have next to nothing in terms of stasis shield development."
"I wonder if the AIF even knows that we're in all their systems. We ripped through both Draconian and AIF systems a long while ago, but they never really looked into finding possible spyware. Ah, well, activate the Defense Intelligence."
"Aye, sir, activating."

Dmitri's current location
The Supreme Draconian paused while walking behind Dmitri, as he had been following him as both of an adviser of sorts, and as a bodyguard, as well as a possible negotiator. But when he received a thought from his fellows thousands of lightyears away, he moved into action. As Dmitri began turning to investigate why the always-following reptile had suddenly stopped following, he found himself held up in the air with one clawed hand around his throat, cutting off his speech, and only barely letting him breath. The Supreme spoke quickly to any possible people that might want to interfere:
"Attack me, he dies, you die, and I will tear this place apart!"

AIF Data servers
A malignant entity began compiling itself from millions of documents, files, pictures, videos, and data folders to a single entity that 'rode the 'net'. As the entity, classified as 'SVDI-A93-DX', came back to 'life,' it began 'flowing' through data corridors, stopping only to rip down firewalls, from taking a millisecond to taking 10 minutes. Either way, it was hijacking the computer power of billions of computers, and enslaving them to make itself bigger.

Aeternal Preservation
The Aeternals have not yet agreed. They are deciding, and you are again doing what you wish, without thought for another's thought. You have again sinned, and we will preserve this race. If you truly wish to stop us, then you'd best send your leader itself. You are not qualified.
And so the Corvettes continued on. Any ship in the way of the Corvettes was avoided; any ship in the way of the Warships would find itself smashed to pieces.

Mars, AIF Capital Building
Guards in the room aimed their weapons at the Supreme, and the other officials took cover behind couches and counters. Upon hearing the Supreme's statement, the Guards reluctantly lowered their weapons, a scowl on each of their faces. The calm blue lights in the room shut off, and their glow was replaced with a dim red as the entire facility went into lockdown mode. Everyone on the planet and in orbit was alerted to the situation, and warships moved into orbital drop positions in the event that there was any chance to rescue the President. Dmitri, meanwhile, was struggling to breath through the iron grip of the Supreme. However, though he couldn't speak, there was still a way for him to communicate. From his neural transmitter a cry for help was sent, reaching every other human. The news was quickly spoken to members of the other species, sending it throughout their minds at faster than light speeds. Communications officers got the news, and sent distress signals to the New Lunar Republic, Sazkarjhia, and the Zonanese Empire. A human guard stepped out into the open, and moves closer to the Supreme, falling down onto his knees in a submissive position. With Dmitri ordering his words, he spoke.
"What do you want?"

Message to the New Lunar Republic, Sazkarjhia, and the Zonanese Empire
"President Dmitri Saveli has been taken hostage by the Supremes! Her Imperial Highness Empress Ablïarsec Néïc Dubleuscr Bœrh Parhynr Lamhirh is in the same building currently, as well as the Boskop representative, the Supremes have threatened to destroy the entire area and as a result kill these three as well as the millions of innocent civilians living in the Capital city! Our databanks are also under attack by what is almost certainly a Supreme virus, please help us!"

Supreme Virus
The AIF has cut off all electronic communications connected to the net, and has delegated multiple starships to mail delivery. Instead of attempting to purge the virus, the AIF has just decided to begin manufacturing an entirely new computer network. With all the advancements in computer technology, it is bound to be much more effective than the last. However, instead of building self-contained computer units, the factories are only building terminals which will be connected to a larger network. The processing power for this larger network will come from entire planets with their crust ripped out and converted into conventional and graphical processors. Along with this, there will be codes to delegate these computer planets to antivirus defense, with at least five thousand barren planets per galaxy permanently set of antivirus defense. The process of dismantling the current system is already underway, and comms stations are being rigged to detonate if the Supreme virus tries to use them.

Aeternals
A primitive-looking starship jumped into the area, and just after it a huge fleet of Federation ships entered the area as well. A message was transmitted from the primitive one.
"The Allied Interstellar Federation will keep this species alive. Supreme intervention is not required. You will leave the area immediately, unless of course you want to fight us. Which you probably do, considering you are almost certainly about to kill your hostage on Mars, one President Dmitri Saveli, I believe?" Said a female voice, obviously angry.

Message to the New Lunar Republic
"We would be honored to host such a monumental occasion on the capital of the Humankind Empire of Abh! We accept, bu it may have to wait. Another message you may have already recieved will make it obvious why."

Galaxy 001, Overlord for Quadrant 3

"Praelatus meus, Overwatch reports Equestrian forces moving on Mars, and Specter intercepted this broadcast"
Our databanks are also under attack by what is almost certainly a Supreme virus, please help us!" The message ended and the Overlord chuckled
"Allow me to guess, directed to the Equestrians?"
"Affirmed, and the Sazkarjhit and Hach."
"Haha, I thought as much. Alert our agents operating in the area, inform them to assist the Supremes if required. The Abh Empress must remain alive, however"
"And the Dimitri one, praelatis meus?"
"The Dimitri is expendable, although prefered alive, the same parameters apply to the Boskop. Get me a report on what that virus is doing and report back. Depending on characteristics, they may be required to assist it or desist it."
"What are the Supremes doing?"
"Likely something being misunderstood by the other races. No official line will be issued for now, we will wait to see which way our allies act before we make any major action"

Mars

The Umbrae Populus agent approached the computer terminal as he received his orders, checking that nobody was watching before tapping away commands on it. Behind him two other agents removed a grid from a vent that ran overhead and slipped inside, their bodies twisting at unnatural angles as they moved along its dull interior, hopefully to bypass the lockdown. They knew other agents were performing similar duties around the Capital building and out in the streets. The Umbrae Populus agent attempted to use the computer to get a copy of the virus, and from there attempted to extract its coding in an attempt to locate its instructions, hoping that since it was interacting with human files it would be programmed in a similar format to human viruses. However unlikely it was, he was not fond of the idea of trying to crack an alien coding language under pressure

Message to the Sazkarjhit and Hach

How do you intend to respond to the recent Human Hostage Crisis? The situation appears most troubling from any perspective that the Collective looks at it.

Message to the Hach

We recently picked up a message from you proposing an alliance with the Sazkarjhit. As we have entered an alliance with the Sazkarjhit people, we inquire whether you would be interested into entering into this alliance, designed to build a strong defence against the possibility of an Equestrian threat or any other such threat to our three nations

"We lack standard soldiers fitted for combat on the surface of a planet with such low gravity like Mars. We can, however, supply recently-developed teams of our Deep Space Insertion Commandos, or DeSpIC, who are efficient in exoatmospheric combat, but are mostly our spacial saboteurs. We will send a task force with them to provide assistance."

Message to the Collective

We accept the offer, however we wish this to solely be a defensive pact. Sanction agreements and embargoes can be included as well, but we are not entirely eager to send our children to die for the personal gain of another nation. That sounds exactly like you proposed, so may this pact last between us three nations.

As for the situation with the humans, we're thinking on sending some wolverine, Liist, and Grozz teams to help combat the aggressors, but we would like to know what led to the situation before we do anything irrational. So far now, all we are doing is gathering intelligence on the Supremes and AIF

Message to the Hach

We do not require your bodies for use against the enemies of the Collective, our own forces are sufficient for war, we intend to form a defensive line so to speak. We are not interested in doing what the Equestrians attempted to do and set up a combined military to march around for their personal gain, this is simply a defensive alliance, nothing in excess.

Message to the Sazkarjhit and the Hach

What we have uncovered is that the AIF and the Equestrians have entered a Union that we currently have little information on, though we doubt that is the reason for the Supremes turning in them. What exactly the situation down there is is currently being reported by our agents, we have several in position above the area, but they are lightly armed. The Supreme Draconian in question was supposed to be the body guard, do that's rather ironic. Regarding the two, from what we have seen the Supremes have poor relations with the Equestrians and their relations with the AIF are, obviously, not much better. We aren't entirely sure what occurred, ot appears Dimitri was part way through speaking when the Supreme seized him and threatened all other individuals in the room, and there appears to be quasi-negotiations occurring through one of the guards. Equestrian forces will likely attempt an infiltration within the next hour, but if this Supreme really is a more powerful version of a Draconian, this individual doubts the Equestrians ability to handle it, at least without killing everyone in the room as a result. We have sent a message to both the Supremes and the AIF and are awaiting their response on what is occuring. If any of your forces do move to the area, our agents will enter the room from the ceiling to assist the moment your forces enter the room.

Message to the AIF

"Attention, please. Terran species, confirm situational status with Supreme Individual on Sol-4. Attention, please. Terran species, confirm event status resulting in current situation"

Message to the Supremes

"The Collective respectfully requests knowledge on the situation on Mars. Several of our individuals have been inconvenienced by the AIF Lockdown resulting from the Supreme Draconian interaction with the Dimitri"

Message to the Triarian Collective
A Supreme Draconian is holding President Saveli hostage, reports from the guards say that the President is being choked by the Supreme, but is being kept barely alive. He is negotiating through a guard, using his neural transmitter to give orders. The Supreme has threatened to destroy the entire area if anyone tries to save the President. We do not know the motives of the Supremes, or even if this specific Supreme is acting under official orders. It is likely that the Supremes are annoyed with our interference in their attempts to 'save' the Equestrians and Kaiyouans. We know you will likely not help us, but please do not fight against us. It will be a dark day when Terragen kills Triarian."

Mars Hostage Crisis
Spec-ops teams have been deployed to the building, and they are grouping up with the Equestrian forces. The troops are equipped with four weapons, a high power railgun for clean shots straight through walls, an electrolaser rifle, a conventional laser rifle, and a coilgun pistol (for the quiet takedown of enemies). They were wearing self-repairing adaptive nanoarmor for protection, but a few wore bulky shield generator backpacks. The team was composed mainly of Abh and Ethra'Hirel, but small numbers of Boskop were sent to stay outside the building and give orders. The Abh commander of the forces walked up to who appeared to be the Equestrian commander, and spoke.
"I am Commander Duheil of the Abh Star Forces, don't worry, I've been trained and have experience in ground combat. We are prepared for a joint operation, but it has to be a stealth op. We've brought self-repairing adaptive nanoarmor with us." Se said, holding out two jars of a thick black... liquid? "Pouring this on you will apply the armor, it can be made to change color with a thought. Once you order it to remove itself, it will flow off of your body and the nanobots reading your thoughts will exit your mind. There is no danger in this process. Also, since it is a Supreme Draconian we are fighting, we have decided to bring along our secret little helper."
A Draconian stepped out of the spec-ops squad, apparently smiling.
"Do not be alarmed, I am on your side." He said "Call me Ted, I'm officially a member of the Human Cooperative Exploration Corps, but I have experience with ground combat and got a training implant the moment I got my freedom. Also, I'm a Draconian. Fighting's in my blood, no matter how much I deny it. I might as well use that instinct for good."

New Computer Network
With the new help, the network is coming along much quicker. Nanobots for the conversion of planets have already been dispatched, and the Allied Interstellar Federation has thanked the New Lunar Republic for their help.

Supreme Intervention- Human Hostage Crisis at AIF-Mars
The Draconian tilted his head slightly, studying the President, before gently setting him back down, and loosening his grip. He did not, however, let him go, or let him loose enough for him to escape without Draconian claws tearing through the back of his neck.
"Your intervention is not needed, nor is the intervention of the guards here, the Equestrians outside, or anyone else. We will preserve, then we will allow you to take over. Our job is not to destroy, but to permanently keep any race worthy of multiple galaxies alive, in some form. Your understanding of actions are too short-term to ever understand ours. Currently, we are locating the signal that you can transmit to control nanobots, which, I hear, you use for almost everything. In addition, we're taking over billions of public data servers, computers, online databases, everything. When we are done, it will be fixed, even made better. But we are not done, and you, and the Equestrians, are becoming more nuisance than anything. We preserve, and then we release them back into a controlled environment when the time is right so that they may grow strong enough to hold their own, without outside intervention. The environment varies, but my current form might have the correct environment."

"President Dmitri, we can reach an agreement to allow my kind to save your kind, and various others, for the far-off, distant future, where even those such as myself can never hope to live to see, immortal though I am. Kill me here, and my soul, that which makes me part of the race Supreme, will stay here and haunt this planet, while this body will return to full Draconian blood..."

"Oh? You have another Draconian. I'm surprised you didn't kill him off too, like the rest of them! You have no idea how much suffering you've cost the universe by killing them here. They were in galaxies you'll never find and while they might not of been friendly here, they were elsewhere. I have the memories of thousands of Draconians, just as every Supreme Draconian has. When a Supreme in a different form passes through an area where others of the same form have passed, they take parts of their memories. They were worshipped, they were hated, they were loved, they were killed. You have proof at such a Draconian, he stands outside now. I could ravage his mind, his brain, and tear it apart from here, without even looking at him. I see all around me, though not necessarily infinitely."

"Now, when those spec-ops enter this building, you and I will disappear, and you will experience something much worse than death. Unless you agree to a treaty to allow us to preserve some of your race, the Aeternals, and other various critical races, including the Equestrians. The Equestrians are unstable, and will spiral out of control, like putting a rubber band where a bioalloy strap should be on an aircraft. Temporary fix, to keep it from falling as fast. We seek to keep them from destroying themselves, as matter does to antimatter, so you'd best think carefully."

It was now obvious that the Supremes oh-so-loved the sound of their own voice and emotions. They were, after all, alone and lonely out in the cold dark, with no permanent relations with any single race.

Response Message to the Triarians
Our people believe in preserving every race, and until now, we have gone relatively unopposed, and have preserved hundreds of races, both before they themselves went extinct, or before they fell into war, civil war, or intergalactic crises, and died away. Here, we intend to do the same, and preserve every race with a possible chance at such extinction, and so far, every other race has brought up arms to tell us not to. We are close to bringing down a hammer to forcefully save. Furthermore, we believe the Equestrian leadership to be the spearpoint in such thoughts, and we intend to stop them. They require a leadership change, permanently, and preservation. The Aeternals must also be preserved, though there are now two fleets attempting to stop our advances to save them. Are they usually this stubborn and hardheaded?

Aeternals
The Warships held position, with the exception of the other 2 Warships moving towards the Aeternals moving back outward again. The Corvettes, however, simply folded right past the Equestrian blockade-of-sorts. The Corvettes were seen suddenly accelerating, and then disappearing, as the space rippled, and then they emerged on the other side, completely fine and moving to the Aeternal ship(s). From several suddenly slowing down and going into autopilot, it may become apparent that Supremes had teleported on-board, and were busy using their psionic and partial-extra-dimensional-being-ness to find any crew members, or Equestrians, and just force them into temporary sleep-states, so that they may take what they need from the Aeternals without being disturbed.
