Jack felt bad that she shrunk for he knew why because the girls were staring but he just kissed the top of her head and hugged her as she opened the album and saw the picture of them in mud. "Yup we were play mud pie factory that turned into a mud war later on." He said and noticed her hair in front of her face and he moved it out of the way gently. "And you won that war that is why I have more mud on me then you do." He explained and pointed at another pic of the two on halloween. "That Halloween we went into a haunted house and that scared you so bad you ended up having me spend the night with you at my house or your house until you were no longer scared or having nightmares of the place."

Eva smiled at the pictures and chuckled "wow so I won the war, aw poor you covered in mud" she kissed his cheek then looked at the Halloween picture moved her hair in front of her she smiled "awe my knight in shining armor staying with me after seeing a haunted houses, which I will not go into now they still creep me out that I remember" she chuckled flipped to another page of her swinging.

"Hey you are the one with the arm man you could throw back then." He said with a smile and kissed her cheek back. Jack listened to how she was stills cared of haunted place but also how he was her knight in shining armor. "I will always be your knight in shining armor like with this picture I hag got a cut so that is why I was not in the picture after I got bandage up a big kid came up and push so hard and you went flying across the area thankfully I ran fast and had you land on me....broke in my arm in the process but at least you were not harmed that was all I cared about." He said.

"I had a arm? I'm not sure I can throw now I don't remember if I can" she chuckled leaned back against him looking at the pictures. She looked at him surprised "I fell off and landed on you and you got hurt awe I'm sorry" she kissed him softly then rested her head on his chest. Turned the page and saw a picture of both families "who is these people? I see my parents and sister and you but the rest?"

"Well back than you were super competitive and would not want to lose so yeah." Jack said with a small laugh and kissed her back. "Hey was not your fault it was a bullies fault for doing that I got underyou so you would not get hurt besides you were the first one to sign my cast." He said with a smile and looked at the pic knowing she would not reconize her family. "Well these two here are my parents and this guy right here is my old brother he got married and had a child a beautiful baby girl she should be three now but he and his wife unfotunatly died so my parents are raising my neice now."

"Awe I'm glad I was the first one to sign my knight and shingling armor cast" Eva smiled she looked at the picture and looked at him touch his cheek "awe I'm sorry they passed do you see you niece?" She asked softly

Jack smiled and hugged her. "Actually I told everyone to not sign my cast until you signed it first and glad I did cus it gave you enough room for you and the guys groaned because they did not have enough room to do what they want." He said with a smile and kissed her lips. "Yeah I see my niece once in a while when my parents come to visit and when I got to see them."

"Awe that's so sweet! Wow I hope I can remember it sound like we had a fun childhood" Eva said looking at more pictures and yawned. "She smiled kissed him back looked at him "that's good I bet she love her uncle jack. How are your parents do they know I'm back?"

"Trust me my Niece does she calls me uncle Jackie every time she sees me." He explained to her and snuggled her. "You are such a sleepy head right now." He said to her. "My parents are doing great and no they do not know you are back unless your parents called them but not sure." Jack said to her and his phone went off and Jack picked it up and opened it putting on Speaker. "Hello?" He said and heard a giggle. "Hi Uncle Jackie." He said in a giggle voice and jack laughed. "Hi Chloe how is my favorite niece?" he asked. "I am fine uncle Jackie and I am your only niece." Chloe said and Jack mainly laughed. "I know but your still my favorite."

"Awe you got two girls calling you Jackie" Eva giggled. She snuggled down in his lap put her head on his chest closed her eyes, "I know I'm tired not a lot of sleep, scared to sleep" she smiled when he answered his phone and heard a little girl giggling, she took his hand rubbed the top with her thumb listening to them talk her eyes closed still.

"Hey Chloe say hello to my childhood friend Eva she also calls me Jackie." Jack said on the phone and the little girl giggled. "Hi Eva I am Chloe Jackie's niece." She said all happy. "Ok Chloe why are you calling me?" He asked but he heard his parents in the background after hearing Eva was there and he shook his head. "I am calling cus me birthday is tomorrow me turning 4 she said happily so come home tomorrow and bring Eva too." Chloe said and Jack laughed. "Want to come with to my nieces birthday?" He asked Eva.

"Hello Chloe" Eva smiled and said softly. She giggled hearing her talk to Jackie all happy. She looked up at him and nodded "ya I'm in" she smiled kissed his cheek then put her head back on his chest.

"Yay Uncle Jackies girlfriend is coming!" Chloe said and Jack blushed dark red. "CHLOE!!!! I just got to meet her again yesterday." He said all flustered now while Chloe giggled more. 'See you both tomorrow bye." She said and hung up and Jack was all embarrassed. "That little sneaky cousin of mine I will get her back for that." He said as he sighed. "Want to come back to my dorm you can take a nap in there while I work on my nieces present." He offered.

Eva giggled blushing hearing Chloe. She looked at jack and chuckled seeing him blush. She kissed his cheeks and said bye to Chloe to. "She sounds so happy hearing your going and she love her uncle Jackie" Eva smiled. "Sure I'm so tired" she kissed him then stood grabbed her jacket and started to put it on. "What you going to get her? Should I get her something tonight?"

"Yes my niece though is also a handful but I am glad she is happy." Jack said as he got up and stretched a little. "Don't worry about it my niece is not that selfish so I think she won;t mind you not getting her anything because this is last minute for you." He said to her as he lead her back to his room. "And I am working on a short movie for her from her favorite movie but with a couple of twist to it my version." He said ass they went back to his dorm.

"Well maybe a card and a stuff animal kids like those right?" Eva asked held his hand as they walked back to his dorm. "Awe that is so sweet of you she is lucky to have you" she smiled up at him then looked forward put her head on his arm as they walked. "What her favorite movie? What is your favorite?" She yawned

"Hmm I guess if you make the card she will be very happy and she likes Frozen she, believe it or not loves Sven the reindeer and she loves Elsa so much." Jack explained as he pulled up the file where it has his niece in there wearing Elsa outfit and she was Elsa apprentice. "She will love this I hope been working on it for a year." he said as he went digging for a blanket.

Eva smiled "I love that movie so cute" she sat at his desk and looked at the pic and smiled "your niece is so cute" she clicked on another pic and sat back in the chair closed her eyes. "I'm so tired Jackie but scared to sleep, you will be here yes?" She turned look at him watching him look for a blacket. She stood and walked over to his bed and sat on it. "Your bed is comfy"

Jack smiled as he found the blanket. "Yeah she is cute and with that cuteness she can probably get away with murder." He said to her and kissed her lips. "I will be right here the whole time it will be fine." He said with a smile and let her get comfy before placing the blanket over her. "Now get some rest alright." He said with a smile and sat on the bed next to her until she would fall asleep.

Eva smiled kissed him back chuckled "don't worry I don't think she will ever kill someone" she layed down on his bed put her arms around his pillow and smiled at him as he put the blanket on her. "Thanks Jackie I will try" she held his hand and closed her eyes started drifting to sleep.
