It's airborne blood, fresh and AB+ to be exact. Anyone in the cloud is pretty much covered in the stuff.
I'd imagine it's somewhat thicker and thus a lot less see trough. (Its why I left, not worth risking taking a stray bullet if I can't enjoy the show)
I assume that a vampire benefits from fresh human blood regardless off how it gets into their system. One might argue that since you both have exposed wounds the stuff can be directly absorbed into the bloodstream.

So by my logic: to vampire's that vaporizer is like the healing gun from the team fortress 2 medic. to a human it's terrifying but harmless.
Either way it completely ruins you good suit.

Personality(Optional): Lambda is a secret experimental cyborg/weapon created by Doctor Jack Stine who found her dead long time ago and decided to use her as the test subject. He revived her, replacing a lot body parts with cybernetic ones, until there was only little from her past human body remaining. Lambda is the eleventh and first Prime Field Device who is capable of fighting and performing without errors occuring in the system, making it possible for her to perform in the field if needed. Lambda has no memories of her past and doesnt know much about the world, leaving her no choice but to carry out the orders given.

((ok, gonna need a volunteer, if this gets accepted. Someone who knows her from the past and thought she died long ago (preferably from the vamp faction), but keep in mind she probably has no memories left of her past))

btw had an idea, what about Lambda before she died and got turned into the 11th Prime Field Device, WAS one of the only humans who understood Magnus, were kind and liked him despite the fact he is a vampire and she a human. If you are ok with this idea I will just have to thing about a name, maybe 'Saya' but Im not sure yet~
