eeeeeeh...I can't really find anything wrong with your character. He just seems a bit under developed/bare bones, but games are meant for developing characters. And my Hertha is a bit underdeveloped for my personal standards so I won't cast that stone so hard.

My only other comment would be that he seems more like a HxH or Fairly tail Character than a OP one, but the world of OP is wide and varied so I would not doubt a character like him could exist.

@AgniSpirit - I'm glad you approve. Sound is my favorite 'element' so I've thought about it a bunch. I already had this One Piece character in mind for a while, but when I saw a wind-fruit user, I thought this would be a perfect combination.

Well he is a marine captain, id expect him to be stong. I also trust eemmtt not to over do it haha.
If it gets to be to much we can always do something about it then.

He may be a bit stronger than most captains ,but I don't really mind. I'm just trying to think of counters. Like, can Eva be harmed by lightning if her body's turned into air? If not, then creating a vacuum is sufficient to stop electricity (not that creating a vacuum is easy, mind you). Also, since my character was a marine commander and then joined CP1, maybe he should have a bit of rokushiki training as well. Although Handel is technically able to launch a sonic wave with his vibraiting sword/bow, creating a 'false rankyaku'. Well, the fun part of One Piece is having a simple, seemingly innocuous theme or power, and coming up with novel and surprising ways of using it.

Also your characters would get stronger as it goes on and he will be less of a threat.

Yeah it will be very intersting to have this villian that it takes all of us to hold at bay, but eventually gets to the point where our captain faces him one on one.

Though with that in mind, to keep the power creep even how about at some point I draw up an assistant for you captain? Smoker has Tashigi after all.
