He roared, multiple fire demons spawned in the ground and on the robots arms. They were fiery hot and used their exterior to try and melt the robot.Cyborg turned to face her and started to shoot at her with both arms, Starfire dodged the arm and flew down to help Cyborg, she tried to tackle the girl from the side with her super strength.

Well he is the Devil, and so I would say if he tried to or lets say gave them a deal that they would either agree or be righteous enough not too. (I am assuming he would know their biggest desire)

I was wondering if he could sort of like control people emotions (such as increasing Red Lantern Supergirl Rage up to the point where she goes around destorying everything).
