Name: Synthia
Title: Ms. ic3
Age: 8 Months

Personality: Synthia doesn't play by the rules, she does what she wants and nobody's gonna tell her otherwise. She's a loose canon and likes to think she's large and in charge, but she's just plain stubborn; probably a result of the orc blood running thru her veins. But despite her rough appearance she isn't a berserker, she knows when to be cool as ice and smooth as butter. In fact, getting by with words and intimidating looks rather than bullets is one of her skills. Overconfidence is her greatest weakness strength, her combat strategy usually amounts to "kill everything and look good doing it." Underneath her tough exterior is a gentle side that collects stuffed animals, but nobody gets to see that side of her.

Origin Myth: The year is 20XX. Outdated computer chips flow down gutters. Wet city streets are filled with orcs, elves, gnomes, and trolls, looking for their next fix. Gangs form and fight over scraps of territory. If you wanna survive on the streets, you better pack some heat and have awesome hair. Reputation is everything, and the cooler you are the more people respect you. No one messes with Synthia, partly because of her giant shotgun, but mostly because of her outrageous hair and cool motorcycle. Her story is simple: a half orc half elf mercenary that will do any job if the pay is good. What sets her apart isn't the orcish warrior strength or elven ice magic, its the awesome mohawk that needs a little bit of magic and a whole lot of hair gel to stay up. Gangs and groups aren't really her thing since teammates would just cramp her style, but she realizes having backup isn't always a bad thing.

Powers/Skills/Abilities:

Orcish Rage: She doesn't like to use it, but she can enter a blood lust state in which everyone becomes an enemy. While in this state, her attack power and health regen is doubles, and her defense and magic is halved. She will only exit this state once everyone around her is dead.

Spell Slinger: She can launch arcane missiles from her finger tips for minor cold damage.

Liquid Cool: Uses liquid mana to double the effectiveness of any tech-based device. Also capable of freezing enemies and dealing cold damage.

Stare Down: Intimidates/Persuade minor enemies to avoid combat, obtain information, etc.

Cool Rider: Sunglasses magically appear whenever she rides a motorcycle.

Equipment:

Party Popper: A large shotgun that launches magic imbued projectiles for cold damage. Enemies have a chance of being slowed or frozen.

Orcish Kevlar: Armor increases defense and cool-factor.

Mana Leak: A dagger make of solid mana, it drains magic and gives it to the user.

The Gravity Mistress

Name: Marian Dylas

Age: 1

Personality: One of the things she is best at is lying and, as consequence of that, she has also become a great actress. She uses both of these qualities to advance further in social ranks and in the special missions of Agar Mythos. She is a complete opportunist and one of the most selfish being you’ll ever come in contact with, and you’d better watch your back, because she isn’t loyal to anyone but herself and she’ll probably sell you to the highest bidder within the first chance she gets.

She has various personas and each one of them are meant to fool everyone she comes in contact with, as well as tricking them into doing her bidding. It is really rare for someone to get to know her with her actual personality and that’s because she only lets it out when she is sure that no one is around. In the exterior, she may seem as a charismatic young girl that is extremely clumsy, can’t really do anything on her own and is very dependant in others, while in the inside she has become a girl with an unbreakable poker face. Due to the prolonged time she has spent while acting in many different personas, her real self has become emotionless and cold.

Origin Myth

The illegitimate daughter of the head of a rich and powerful family. She was the only daughter and heir of the family, but many would not accept this, mainly because the head hadn’t even married someone and Marian was the daughter of some woman he found drifting somewhere. He was rushed into marriage with whichever girl his family found adequate and Marian was announced as the next heir. It would all have gone well if the other hadn’t opened her mouth. As selfish as her daughter, she decided to not let her have what she had been striving for many years. She let out that Marian was really her daughter, and more of it; she was born out of marriage.

After that, the family once known as Dylasiom De Crecendo (Insert French accent here) was shortened to Dylas. Her father then decided to use her as a bargain chip. Marian was dressed with the best garments the family had left and then sent to dances, in the hopes of finding someone who would like to have such a girl for himself. Unsurprisingly, a guy did take interest and bought her. Long story, short, if it hadn’t been for her powers, she would most likely be traumatized and still with her family now. Escaping from the grasp of her buyer, Marian left her family and became a champion, to build up a status of her own and show that she doesn’t need anyone else to stand her ground.

Powers

Gravity Control: She can augment or decrease gravity of whatever she wants. This can also be applied in battle by increasing the gravity around someone and putting them down or decreasing it and make them unable to move in the air. She can also ‘solidify’ gravity by putting gravitons together and making the gravitational force field more thicker and actually harmful for whatever it comes in contact with, though using this for a prolonged period of time (1 hour at least) tires her immensely. She can project beams, energy balls and whips of gravity. As well as making the illusion of solidifying gravity, she can also make it gather in one place to make a gravity ‘trap’ of sorts, where people and things is inevitably pulled into.

Flight: Modifying the gravity around her she can fly around.

Floortilting: She can change the flow of gravity to make it go upwards rather than downwards and make the ceiling the floor and vice versa. (Troll ability for the lolz)

‘Telekinesis’: One of her favourite applications of her ability. She can make the illusion of having telekinesis by making things float and move by modifying the gravity around them. She often confuses others to make them thing this is her true ability, rather than manipulating gravity.

Equipment: Just the dress of gothic lolita fashion she wears and other accessories, other than that, she hasn’t any more equipment.

I think I went a little overboard with power, so I tried to balance it by not giving her any equipment. Just tell me if there's something wrong with this and I'll change it.

Out of curiousity, how exactly does her gravity beams and whips and stuff work? And by gravity trap, you mean like a black hole, right? In terms of flying, is she just suspending gravity and jumping around like an astronaut?

Well, for her gravity related powers what she does is rather simple and is the reason why she gets so tired after prolonged use of it. She uses her power constantly to bring gravitons together, in other words, she compresses gravity to make the illusion that it is solid (Though it has just become thicker) and use it in battle. It differs from the gravity trap due to the fact that it becomes a 'mini black-hole' of sorts, since it can't really eat anything in its way, but it still sucks in gravity and light and draws things and people towards it, while not actually devouring them.

She can fly by altering the gravity around her and using the same principle as 'floortilting', she shifts the flow of her gravity to be able to move around freely through the air and as a living being it is easier for her to move around and actually stay in earth without being thrown out into space, besides of her ability to control gravity.

Personality: Ki simply doesn't fit in, anywhere. She always feels lost- she's the circle that won't go in the square hole, and all the frickin' holes are square. However, she comes off as an Extrovert. She loves social interaction, and if she goes through extended periods of time without it, she will begin to crave it, going out to search for it on her own. Despite this, she almost always keeps a calm demeanor, inside or outside of battle. She's stubborn, often rejecting instructions by people who have authority over her, doing her own thing instead of listening to those she should, in the end, probably listen to.

Origin Myth: Ki, as far back as she can remember, was being taught in the arts of magic by her instructor- Sol. He took the form of her father figure- raising her, being patient with her, and loving her like the daughter he never had. But, as he grew short in sight, hard of hearing- and old in age, he began to truly understand that he wanted to keep living, even if he had to cast behind his empty shell of a body. And so, Sol gave Ki nine Najisefas - teaching her in the art of spirit capture, so that she could capture the souls of those who no longer walk the earth, for the Najisefas. Their home was attacked by a swarm of villagers and several samurai from the nearby village, claiming they were practicing withcraft. Sol sacrificed himself, and, in rage, Ki captured his soul, taking from his power to help her defeat the many samurai and villagers. She then went down to the village, burning it to the ground- and as she did this, Sol spoke to her telepathically. Ki slowly calmed down, realizing Sol was still with her- and with that, she went off the fill the other eight Najisefas. WIP, this is really just rubbish to fill the place of a backstory until I have time tomorrow.

Najisefa: Now, before you read any further, I need to explain the Najisefa, the magical equipments used to channel Ki's energy. They take the form of bladed circles, spiralling with unique intricate patterns towards the centre. The Najisefa is able to control many different aspects of its element, controlled by Ki. Their cores are made of souls from the previous lives of those before Ki, brothers and sisters, wife and husband- each has a story behind the soul. But each one is attuned to its own energy, channelled through the Najisefa and combined with Ki's energy, is a deadly combination.

But after the shield is up, Ki cannot attack from inside the shield, but can take the time to recover. The shield will change colours, from green to bright red, based on the amount of energy left in the shield before it breaks, deactivating two of the Najisefas at random, leaving the rest sapped of 1/4 their energy. After the shield breaks, Ki will stagger, and have to wait several seconds before the Najisefas come back to her.
All for one, and one for all. This move is, in a sense, a limit break. Once Ki has exceeded all other options and is pushed over the edge in battle, she will use this as her last resort. A great amount of her power is sucked from Ki as she sacrifices it all to her Najisefas. They all fuse together, Forming one sphere, with one core. With her remaining energy, Ki can choose a now tenfold amplified spell from any of the Najisefas to cast on the enemy. This could knock her out for several days.
Sol Sol gathers together all of Ki's emotion at the time, channelling it together with his own power to make a very volatile, explosive substance. It can only be made once per battle, but when thrown, this substance creates a significant blast radius of about three - five feet. Afterwards, Ki is drained of some of her energy.
Attunement - Resek & Kesek. By tapping into these Najisefas, Ki opens up many more possibilites between them - greatly enhancing power with these Najisefas. However, the other ones become weaker- and Ki cannot swap attunements for ten minutes.

Sol This is the embodiment of Ki's being, taking the form of metal circle, an intricate pattern spiralling inside from four different places. There is a large, pulsating blue sphere inside of the circle. The entire outside rim being an eight-centimetre blade. His magic is potent, and takes the form of Ki's current emotions. Sol speaks telepathically with Ki, advising her about the current situation and observing the battlefield from a higher view than her, sending the images he sees directly to Ki's mind. Sol has great influence over Ki, often pointing her in the right direction. It is said Sol was once Ki's teacher, lending his soul to her so that he could watch after her, even after death. It is the first of the nine Najisefas. All Najisefas are connected through telepathy, but only Sol can directly communicate to Ki.
Resek - Bringer of Fire. Resek is most attuned to the art of fire, whether it be lighting a match, or sending a large plume of flame. His core burns a deep, but brilliant, red.
Kesek - Catalyst of Water. Kesek casts water upon her foes; whether it be dousing flame to sending a large wave at enemies. Kesek's core sparkles and stays as a crystally blue.
Doristen - Summoner of Earth. Doristen summons earth, or affects the existing ground. Whether it's blooming a flower or hailing down rocks, Doristen will be ready. His core is a dull earthy mixture, resembling the earth before civilization.
Ellisten - Lord of Clouds. Ellisten shoots air or steam at her enemies, whether it's blowing out a candle or sending a gale to knock over many people. Ellisten's core is the only translucent one, able to be seen through, but the inside is filled with clouds.
Norillet - Extinguisher of Darkness. Norillet blinds foes with flashes of light, or changes the current light level to Ki's advantage. Her core shines a brilliant light, with several beams of light actively looking like they are trying to escape from the core.
Sorillet - Douser of Light. Sorillet solidifies and densifies darkness, hitting foes upside the head or making bright lights burn low. His core never moves, instead reflecting light like liquid tar.
Jersuum - Conjurer of Life. Jersuum changes any existing object into a thrall, whether it's animating a stone gargoyle or making a chair a rampaging rambo. Of course, the thrall's power is limited to what it actually is. (No rambo chairs...) His core is a dark purple.
Baersum - Creator of Spark. Baersum sends electricity every which way, and is augmented in strength greatly if a storm is overhead. Baersum is a light purple core, occasionally sparking white in patterns that look like lightning.
