Well we don't have to be realistic. Besides they are not staying at the farm forever. Trying to be too realistic will give everyone headaches.

Well if a outhouse is kinda like a port a potty then the group could force everyone to take turns cleaning it out and dumping the remains in designated spot for waste. Then again that may be difficult xD
