Gilgex, I got a question:
If my character's familiar is a kitsune, can the familiar take in the form of a small human boy and become her "little brother"? Kitsune are known to take in human form and pretend to be human and I wanted to know if that's allowed!

Sorry, but we aren't accepting kitsunes, nekos or any other half animal beings. Also the familiar has to be a mythical creature.

Kitsune are mythical creatures. In Japanese mythology, they are magical foxes that have anywhere from one to nine tails and are categorized in 13 parts, depending on their ability. They are associated with the goddess Inari.

Kitsune will be allowed, but it will be unable to transform into a human at the beginning. Nor will it ever have the ability to speak to anyone but yourself. To everyone else it will just be making fox noises.

Well, it wasn't on the rules, I thought it would be okay.
Even still, only some transform into humans. Some don't.

also it can only stay in human form for a few hours a day. Six maximum, this is simply my reasoning. I won't explain anymore then that its my personal preference.

Also datadogiw you were trying to have your main character have animal ears, and tail. That is something I will not allow. The main caster of elements are pure human.

Personality: She's outgoing and bubbly and loves to make new friends. She can be stubborn at times, but she is mostly childish. Her appearance and some of her personality has people mistaken her to be a younger aged girl. Even so, she can become serious whenever she needs to be. She cares for her friends and is kind to people who treat her nicely and not steal her cookies.

History: Annie was originally born in Germany. After her thirteenth birthday, tragedy struck and she was forced to get out of her town for her "bad behavior", which was really just an accident of blowing up a few items with her powers. After figuring out she had powers, she was banished from the town, causing her to go find a new how somewhere in the outskirts of town. After two years, word spread about her and her powers, and a man went to her house on her fifteenth birthday. He had taken her to the Quae Academy to learn about her powers. Once there, she was presented with a Kitsune, who had quickly became fond of her after she had offered him a cookie. She had decided to name him Koda, every once in a while calling her comrade her "little brother" despite him being a normal animal companion.

Powers:
blood manipulation and cardiac cycle control: this allows him to manipulate his own to form many different things, he often uses his blood control to form sharp weapons and tendrils to slice and impale his opponents. Vladimir also can use it as a way defense and healing from wounds. he also trying to learn how to control his cardiac cycle which would allow him to gain very powerful rushes of adrenaline.

Personality: although he can have a good sense of humor, Vladimir suffers from a slight blood lust that can make more inclined to commit acts of violence. he hates people who are manipulative and cowardly. despite his flaws, Vladimir is very loyal and has a good sense of honor. the few people he makes friends with, he will support them with his full confidence.

History: Vladimir was born to a middle class family in New York city and was the son of two Russian emigrants. for must of his childhood, things were normal until his powers began to manifest themselves. it started when he cut himself while biking, his knee had been bleed pretty badly, but almost immediately the wound began to heal and the blood on his leg started to float up into the air. he was shocked at what had just happened, and he quickly went home afraid that someone might have seen him. from then on he discovered that he had the ability to control his blood, and when his sixteenth birthday came, his parents got visitors who informed him that they had to take Vladimir to a school for people who could control the elements. the school was in England so they had to travel there to see him off to Que Academy. after he got to the school, he was given his familiar Malkor a chupacabra that fed on blood and could spit it out like acid. he loved getting the creature and would take care of it. he was excited to learn how to fully use his ability to manipulate his blood, and he was curious to see others who could control the elements.
