Anyway, I'll be posting in a few minutes, putting Alexander near the cafe aforementioned. I'd have him actually be in it so as to provide interaction for Milya, but uh, it'd be a bit of a stretch to have him do so, considering the cafe. XD But, I'll put him nearby for an interaction opportunity for anyone who needs it.

I'm curious to know which of our characters should know each other already. From what I can tell from reading the histories, Alexander Cross (Krayzikk), Milya Sveis (Green Goat), and Arsenio Forneus (my character) have been on the G-Project for a bit. Stella Yong (Aristo) seems to be a new transfer (I could be wrong), and Richard Stone (vancexentan) and Augustus Magnusson (AcerRO) come off as ambiguous to me; they're both ORB military for sure, but whether they're on the project or not is unstated. Just wanted to clear this up so I know how to make Arsenio behave around everyone. Also, since the other Druggies at the time were ranked ensign, I suppose Arsenio is also probably ensign ranked as well.

For now, I'm thinking Arsenio's babysitter has expressly ordered him to "play nice" so he hasn't gone too far in his abuse of Alexander or Milya.

At any rate, you can count on Arsenio to be at the base, since he's practically married to the G-Project and his Gundam.

Richard is not a part of the project. He is an elite pilot due to his newtype abilities, which are nameless in this series, and is simply one of the younger top dogs in the series in terms of piloting abilities. What he is good at in the cockpit and military scene is a poor at in medical and cooking areas.

Ace you may want to rethink you post and add some more to it.

For example:

Why would there be a bar at a military base when there should be at least a handful in the city. Even if it is a relatively small city. Why not just be there at the barracks drinking some left over booze? Also studying while drinking is a bit hard since it addles your brain your guy would have a bit of a harder time doing it or at least I believe it would depending on the amount being swallowed.

I'd say the barracks would be a better starting point.

Arsenio's an Ensign at 16? Rich is only a Sergeant First Class at 22. Using the real-world as a guide, most make Ensign at 25 on average. Here's Orb's military rank structure:

Yeah, I understand. I only picked ensign after doing research on the SEED universe. Although in all truth, rank hardly matters since chain-of-command doesn't actually apply to their situation. Arsenio takes orders exclusively from his babysitter, and has no authority to give commands to anyone else, I would imagine.

Ensign is first rank of an officer. I'd think the average age would lower than that. 22 or 23. All you'd need is a four year diploma and to complete OCS. But those are Navy ranks, I never had much to do with the Navy.

Also this bases off an Anime where in a kid with little to know military training, who had more than one breakdown was piloting a massive robot better than those had seen combat previously. He also got to keep the stolen robot.

There you go that's for your extended's keeper. He has two different colored eyes (not yellow like in the picture) and he has over sixteen years of medical experiences along with a PHD in medical science. He is thirty nine years old and he is DEEPLY against coordinators but when he has to work with them he completely ignores them unless he has no other choice He views the extended as tools.
