@AcerRo, yeah I thought about it, but since Arsenio would not go to meet any of the other player characters, I think it would really not add much to the RP and everyone's sort of just waiting for the action to start at this point, I think.

The reason is complete BS but hey I'm working with what I got. I can't exactly do much without bringing ORB directly into the war.

There is no real posting order people just need to keep posting unless there's a story important event coming.

I'm of the opinion that someone should shoot him a PM, letting him know that if he doesn't respond, or post, within a given time frame, he be considered to have dropped the game.

He went through the trouble of making a CS, so I'd rather not drop him without a last chance. Life can get hectic.

I'm interested in this. Thinking of roleplaying OMNI (Atlantic Federation). If Aegis is still being held I'll take the Buster. Character will probably be a mix of Quattro and Bright if he's the only OMNI member here.

Well I'll suggest you take Buster until the end of today if Aristo doesn't post by the end of the day then you can take Aegis. I was planning on giving the local Char Clone Aegis so he can be a constant threat but I'll just give him Red Astray.
