Maktane get's annoyed and slams Vixens head into the ground, "Don't think too highly about yourself, I'm only here to take your items and leave." He looks up to Kaito, "Fine, I'll duel you, if it means free stuff I'll gladly kick your ass. He stands up kicks Vixen out of the way, pulls up the menu and invites Kaito to a duel. "You're going to regret ever meeting me." Maktane's attitude changed from being a loud mouth, to a dark man bent on killing anything in his way. His eyes widened with murderous intent and he stared at Kaito and laughing maniacally.

Vixen gasped and whimperd as she rolled across the ground. She slowly stood up and walked to kaito hugging him "kick his ass" she said into his ear. "Ill give you anything you want if you win this duel." With that she sat to the side watching them holding her head

Kaito smiled and accepted the duel. He looked directly into Maktane's eyes showing almost no emotion as he waited for the clock to count down to zero.
"You know you really shouldn't treat a lady like that...even one as tough as her." he gestures looking up at the clock as it counts down from 5. 4. 3. 2. 1...
As soon as the clock hit zero and the duel started he moved to a battling position and waited.

Maktane doesn't speak. When the clock hit 0 Maktane shot toward Kaito and grabbed his throat slamming him into the ground. After that he disappeared using his hiding skill. Nothing could be heard from Maktane, he was to quick and quiet to figure out where he was. Running back and forth he slashed Kaito across his torso multiple times.

Kaito took the hits not expecting him to be so fast then triggering his detection skill he saw his next move and lashed out with his sword slashing him across his torso and taking a good sized chunk out of his hp gauge.
"You've gotta be after than that." he said seeing him stunned and lunging forward repeatedly slashing him across his torso and knocking him to the ground.
"Give up?" he asked standing over him and looking down sword pointed at his head.

Vixen watched both boys Her eyes wide. Hire fast were they moving? She wondered

Maktane was silent staring deeply into his eyes. Suddenly Maktane disappeared, after a few seconds he appeared right behind him. He shoved his sword deeply into his back. Maktane voice was deep and raspy, "I don't believe in the term." Maktane disappeared again and multiple slashes appeared all over Kaito's body. Maktane stopped and stared with a crazy look, he started running faster and faster slowly turning invisible with the speed. He pulled his sword back and readied his final blow to Kaito.

Kaito saw nearly everything and when he came down for the final blow he turned and knocked him aside with his forearm before jumping forward and slamming his sword through his shoulder and pulling upward nearly severing his arm and dropping his duel hp to 0. After the duel was done he sheathed his sword and offered his hand to Maktane while inviting him to a party.
"You were a great opponent but the faster you go the more predictable you get." but a deal is a deal right? he said smiling down at him no trace of anger present on his face or in his eyes.

Vixen beamed and shot up rushing twards kaito. "That was amazing i have never seen such speed! You both were amazing if we teamed up we could beat this game!" She called to them both.

Maktane sat confused for a second on why this person was being so nice to him. This made Maktane irritated, he slapped his hand away and accepted the invitation. "I'm not happy about this, but I'm a man of my word." He quickly messaged some one and then closed his menu. Feeling angry and irritated Maktane pushed Kaito aside and tossed an item over to Vixen, "You dropped this." And with that, Maktane walked over to a small tree and sat down.

Kaito grinned to Vixen.
"Yeah I agree if we all work together we could easily be on the front lines duking it out with the bosses along side the assault team!" he said excitedly while inviting Sora to the party. He looked over to Maktane still smiling.
"come on now no need to be a poor sport about it." he said walking over to him and kneeling next to him pulling up his inventory and handing him a bit of weaponry and gear that he could sift through and either sell or equip. I may have won but I was planning on giving you some stuff anyway that way you could either make money or have stuff to help you out." he said with a smile.

Vixen tok the item from maktane. And smiled warmly to him. "Thank you." She smiled her voice becoming softer. She moved beside kaito and looked up at him she frowned a bit relizing how short she was. He stood a full head taller then her. She chuckled and nudged him "what do you want from me?" She asked him crosing her arms over her chest "one of my items?armor? A new weapon? Your choice"

Maktane sat quietly without responding to Kaito. Suddenly he got a message. He quickly opened it and began reading. His eyes widened with a look of terror, he flipped through some stuff on his menu and looked quite worried about something. Maktane ended up in his friend menu, no names showed up. Maktane sat eyes wide and his right hand covered his mouth. A single tear began to form in his eyes. "No..." He said under his breath. Maktane brought his knees up to his chest and hugged them, burying his face into them.

Kaito looked to Maktane and put a hand on his shoulder.
"Hey whats wrong? you seem down all of the sudden." he said before turning to Vixen.
"All you need to do is promise to be our parties personal blacksmith and were even." he said before looking back to Maktane with a worried look on his face.
"You can tell me man...we are in a party now after all." he said watching him carefully.

Vixen accepted the invite and arched an eye brow to maktane. She went. Make a smart remark but stopped herself. She knew that look to well. "Who died?" She asked her voice barely audible and cracking slightly . She hoped she was wrong but knew there was a high chance that she wasn't.

Maktane looked up at both Kaito and Vixen. All emotion had left his face, almost as if he had lost the will to live. He slowly stood up, closed his menu and walked towards town. Maktane didn't speak until he got to a bridge inside the town. He stared down at a never ending drop, "It would be so easy." He said, his voice barely audible. Other players around the bridge started talking, "Isn't that the most wanted Red Player on the 3rd floor?", After a while people started yelling at him to jump and Maktane didn't look like he was opposed to the suggestion.

Kaito followed Maktane t the bridge and listened to all of the people yelling at him before finally jumping in and glaring at everyone around.
"Hey! Can't you see he's going through a rough patch?!" he yelled to the crowd. "You should all be ashamed f your selves. We're supposed to be working together to get out of this death trap and all you people can do is tell someone to commit suicide!? You all disgust me!" he yelled slamming his fist into the bridge wall and glaring around at the crowd.

vixen watched thed sighed "people suck" she stated leaning against the bridge " so are you going to answer me or not?" she asked maktane her eyes somber " you know you re not the only one to lose someone to this stupid game." she leaned turned and looked down into the water " you know i used to think it would be best to do this as well but you shouldnt jump..."

Maktane stared quietly over the side of the bridge. "I've killed hundred of players in this game..." He looks over at Kaito and Vixen, "Add that to losing my only 3 siblings just now, why shouldn't I. I'm a murderer, and a good for nothing PKer. There's no reason for me to still be here." He places his head on the side of the bridge and screams, "It's not fair!" He turns and back hands Vixen with his fist, although he can't do damage it launched her a few feet, "Don't tell me I shouldn't jump, I'm not worthy of living if the others can't!"

Kaito grabbed onto Maktanes arm and held on looking into his eyes and staring him down.
"Look you aren't the only person whose lost people here. We all have. Our friends out families." as he spoke his eyes started welling up with tears. "We all just want to go home and get back to our real lives...but we also have to remember that we all have our own reasons for being here and you being a pker was your way of dealing with this world." he said moving his hand from Maktane's arm to his shoulder. "You aren't alone...and as long as we're in a party together you never will be again." he says turning him away from the bridge.
