Edit: i just had some random idea for another character I would like to use future but note sure, I got inspired by the weird scarf tongue talk and parasites...
No name yet but the scarf and head piece are parasitical (I am not even sure parasite really) creatures that live with this person.

The parasite names are Ben Ryggard which means bone scarf and Bloqué Vita which means stuck life (Head piece)
