Possibly, since that just happened to me in another rp so it is a subject to me that requires addressing. The other thing I was thinking was making blue and gold teams who either handle two different operations or two parts of a single one.

might I also suggest that if two people are involved in conversation or some sort of sidelined activity that they engage in PM's and then post a larger post every 4 posts (2 for each character) this way they can speedpost back an forth without spamming the wall but it also isnt two people posting a novel that becomes too long for others to read.

I like that idea. Since we're like...16 or so people here (at least around that many characters) it will be difficult to constantly keep one large group together.

I played in one time, I was kept waiting a week. On day 8 I posted out of order exiting my character from the RP. From that forward I have never participated in a RP with a posting order.

How about, there need to be 2 replies between each reply? Like, if I post, I can't post again before 2 other people have posted, and then I can post again.

The thing is, people living in different timezones are at a major disadvantage in big roleplays like this. There could be pages of posts that someone would have to look through until they get a post, and even then they won't be able to participate with everyone else without the posting order. Just because you had one bad experience does not mean it will happen again.

Not to mention, let's be real here.

Considering its clear what with female Gambit, and gay male Rogue, even a Toad and a Blob who are in a way X-Men's Jay and Silent Bob. That this is fairly leinent on who you play and how. So if you looked through all of the characters who are mutants (and lord know there is a lot... A LOT of them) and you can't find any that you like in some way, shape, or form. That's on you and a lack of imagination. Hell I can drop a few off the dome all freestyle like...

One idea I considered was Iceman being a Shaun White figure, incredibly gifted snowboarder who was world famous before disappearing off the map, since he got his powers. He rides his ice waves on a specially made board that quickly attaches and detaches from his boots, allowing for transportation and a handy melds weapon.

Angel, taking a bit of a cue from Ultimate Thor, possibly May or may not being an actual angel fallen from Heaven. There is speculation, but no only really knows for sure.

Psylocke not being an actual person but a telekinetic spiritual being that travels from body to body.

Those are some just off the top of my head, give me some leg way and I'm sure I could come up with more.

How are we going to decide how we post? A posting order would prevent people form being left behind just because they went to bed, but the bad side to a posting order is that one person can halt the entire RP unless we set up "one reply every other day or we keep moving." Another issue with a group this large is the fact that...it's a group this large. like 15 people need to post before I can post again and that can get intense.

But free posting will overrun many of us. Is there an in between?

Again I suggest the idea of those who are going to have a conversation or group activity shall post together in a group PM with each other a number of posts per group then post the bundles of 4-8 to avoid TL;DR and speedposting walls.

If 2 people are posting, then they can each post up to 4 times each at max before sending the bundle out 3 people could each post twice and send out six, four people could each say two things and send out a bigger set of eight, anything more than that i think would be too much to do in a posting set without including others.
