I am currently playing Jade Empire; I am on the mission involving the Forest Shadow.

Jade Empire is 'On Demand' on Xbox 360 consoles for the modest price of $9.99, and so far it's worth it! It's sort of like Fable, but if Fable was about Martial Arts and inspired by China.

How's the PC port? Since I kind of don't have (and never will have) an Xbox of any sort. ^^;

Also if it means anything, my favourite wuxia-influenced works are Ranma 1/2, G Gundam and Dragonball so, um... Yeah, dunno if it'll influence what I do here but we'll see how that works out.

Setting - The roleplay takes place in the fictional land of 'Ki Sun' ("key soon"), which is very similar to China and Japan. People in Ki Sun are known as 'kians' ("ky-ans"), who are very similar to Eastern Asian people. Names, culture, weapons, mythology, society, spiritualism, etc are all inspired by Asian influences.

Whoops, looks like I had Jade Empire confused with Jade Dynasty. Whatever, doesn't really change my interest.

How will combat work? Will there be collab posts or what?

Personally I would prefer to do combat the old fashioned way, ie. both combatants agreeing upon the ultimate outcome of the fight beforehand and just throwing posts off each other. I... Honestly don't like collab posts for that kind of thing (I mean what if someone wants to join the fight halfway through, for instance?), and if it comes up I'd most likely decline doing it that way.

I've never done combat posts that way but it seems like it'd work just as well :P.
