History:
Cloud story begins in Fishman Island,where he lived with parents . The little fishboy mostly stayed with his uncle,who was really no good in his parents eyes. His Uncle,was the brother of his farther. An Rough,Tough shark fishman who always seem to get his self in a mess. Cloud would get dropped off at his uncle house when his parents left for their jobs. They thought,since he was young,it would be a good idea for him to stay with his uncle. Beside,he was to young to remember the things his uncle did...right? well,his parents forgot something...Kids can be grow to like people. The more they dropped him off,the more he bonded with his uncle. As Cloud grew older,he wasn't allowed to his uncle house. That didn't stop Cloud from seeing his him. The young fishboy use to sneak out the house and go to his uncle's home. However,the two didn't stay at his uncle's home and chat...they use to go to the Fishman District.
Cloud's parents always told him about the Fishman District. It was a bad and hateful place,hateful like this dear uncle. They where wrong. True, fishmen in the Fishman District hated humans with a passion,but not Cloud's uncle and a group of others. They really like the humans and formed a group called F.A.H. ( For All Humans). They where a group that protected the human kind and support them. Here,they can even treat their wounds and share their blood. At this time,Cloud was old enough to join this group and know the truth about his parents. The truth was,his parents hated all humans for no reason at all. They owned a few humans slaves in fishman district to,but his Uncle set them all free. Cloud felt bad and really hated his parents for this. However,he didn't fully understand why his Uncle like the humans and why human loving Fishman hung in a place where humans are hated the most. It was strange,but he was soon to find out.
As the years went on, Cloud was training under his uncle for a while as a fighter. His Uncle felt it was the right time to tell Cloud about his past. He was raised by loving and kind humans,who were former pirates. His Uncle's farther traveled most of the world,keeping maps and charts of the places they went to. This,inspired his uncle to become a navigator for a pirate crew. Cloud was interested to! exploring the world,guiding friends,keeping up with adventures..that sounded so fun! The interested cloud went home one night,so interested in his uncle story,he drew a chart of the Fishman District. That next day,he showed his uncle the chart. His impressed! he decided to teach Cloud more about becoming a navigator. Showing him the maps he made and the adventures he recorded.
Life for Cloud was fun! until one dark day. A war broke out on Fishman Island,humans had invaded to take back the human slaves. The humans was lead by a fleet admiral...the one that killed Cloud's uncle by mistake and his parents as well. What else more can you say? they where kinda in the way. The family was about to escape,but Cloud was the only one to live. Cloud's uncle last words was." Do NOT hate humans,no matter what they do. We aren't any different from them...threat people the way you want to be treated, boy. Also...make the best navigator ever!." The said Cloud didn't know what to do,he escape Fishman Island in time. The fishboy manged to flee to water 7 and grew up alone in the streets,until a nice human woman and her daughter,Rose, came along.
The woman took the poor boy in as her own and raised her from that point on. Cloud was in Luck! he had another person who shared the same dream as him. The two made fake sea charts of made up places, and pretended to be pirates. However,Cloud wasn't able to keep his peace..his "sister"..was shot and killed by Pirates. They thought that the big sea chart they made was a real one. Rose had refused to give it up because it meant something to special to her. From that day..Cloud promised his self that he would never be close to anyone else and ran away from the city of water. Where could Cloud go? the South blue? well,that sounded like a plan to him. Besides, he remember one his Uncle's friends said that they went there before . It was the first place to come to mind
With no boat or anything at the moment, Cloud thought swimming to the South Blue was the way to go. Boy,wasn't he in for a treat! After hours of swimming,Cloud had no strength to go on. He began to sink to the bottom of the ocean,with no will to go on. At the time,Cloud didn't care if he was to live or die ...it was his wish to die now. The fishboy didn't get his wish thankfully! what seem to be an over sized crab saved Cloud from his death. The crab had placed Cloud on a fair size boat with a turtle man. This was strange..over sized crabs and turtle men. What else could pop up?
Come to Find out,the turtle man was a middle age human named Fizz. He ate the turtle-turtle devil fruit Anyways,when Cloud woke up the two introduced each other. Cloud pointed out that he was on his way to the south blue and thanked Fizz for all his help. He was about to jump back into the water,but Fizz said he was on his way to the South blue to! He was going to search for his crew there! How lucky,Cloud had a way to the South Blue. Cloud stayed with Fizz,however, he told him that he wasn't going to "Bond" with him or anyone else. Who was this guy? and where did he come from? Cloud thought. Fizz was a pirate with a 45 million bounty on his head. Fizz was also the navigator for his crew. The poor guy lost his crew in a bad storm and now..here he is. A navigator? oh boy,not again. Cloud was some what interested in the story,but didn't ask him any questions
Cloud's promise was soon to be broken. On their way to the South Blue, Cloud and Fizz encountered many adventures on different islands. At their stay on the islands they cam across,Fizz gave Cloud some helpful tips about becoming a good navigator. Weather tracking, advance sea chart making, and log poses. Cloud became closer and closer to the turtle man as their adventures continued. What Cloud feared the most was about to come to past, him leaving Fizz. The two of them was hours away from the South blue,oh joy! but it wasn't time to rejoice just yet...
The two of them landed on an abandoned island with a huge lab in the middle. In fact,the lab seem to be running. Fizz and Cloud explode the island,making a map of it on the third day of their stay. When they was done with the map, they went inside the lab. To their surprise,no was inside at the moment. They found a room with nothing but a single pillar inside and something rested on top of it. The object was trapped inside of a glass dome. What was this? it was a devil fruit! But it wasn't a normal one. Well,that is what Fizz thought. The fruit was labeled, number 12. The two got closer to this strange looking fruit,but tripped an alarm. They made it out the lab un-harmed and fled the island. Cloud had so much on his mind..what kind of power did "number 12" have? he decided not to think about it and enjoy his last moments with Fizz At last,the two reached to South Blue.
They arrived on the island of Baterilla,where Cloud was dropped off. Fizz told Cloud to do something good with his life and put his navigation skills to work. In other words, find a good pirate crew to join and guide them around the world. He also let Cloud keep the map of the mystery island with lab on it. Cloud promised Fizz he'll become a good navigator and explore the mystery island again. That day Cloud was both happy and sad. Happy to make such a good friend,sad to say good-bye so soon.
Personality:
Cloud is uselessly very lazy, Mostly in hot weather or when he's bored. He can so bored,that when something interesting happen, he lost his state of mind to do anything. Cloud is often runs off at the mouth and spit big game. At times,he can't back up what he say most of the time and it gets him into a world of trouble. Cloud enjoys playing tricks and pranks on other people..just like a teenager. He haves a bad attitude and is Stubborn like a mule. The young Fishman thinks he can handle most things by his self. Whenever he does,he backs out. He shows alot of cowardly most of the time
Cloud Is not really selfish at all. He shares things with others,even if he doesn't really want. He's quick to react when it comes to helping others out. He enjoys keeping up with daily things(oddly) and helping people with ideas.Cloud can get annoyed very easily,so he's hot-head sometimes. Basically,he haves the same personality of any normal teenage boy

Fish power"Rowdy blade" : Cloud used the fins on his arms and slash at foe. In water,he sends blades of water at the foe
Fish Power" Bullet": Cloud sends an fast punch at the foe. In water,he send a froce of water at the foe with the punch.
Fish power" Pinwheel dance": Cloud gets into an hand stand and spins around at rapid speed. When he stops,he hits the foe with a powerful blow from his tail
Water power" Crazy eights": Cloud shots eight crazy water arrows at the foes
Water power" Cookie cutter": Cloud throws sharp small rings of water at the foe
