Search for old users forum

It would be great if we could have a temporary forum where we can search for users from the last site. They may have re-joined with a different name, or we might not exactly remember their last one. I imagine there would be a lot of people who would use it, and we wouldn't want to clog up another board to do it. Also, we wouldn't know where to go to seek or see if anyone is looking for us.

Mahz is currently working on a system for this.

"A textfield to put your old Guild username so you can find old friends" - taken from the status log on the top of the homepage.

Apart from that you can search caches of the Guild to see who you can find.

I think at least a thread that has this information would be helpful, definitely. A place where people could post RPs they were in, characters they played, etc. Would also help with recovering data.

Yeah. Something needs to be dedicated to us getting back what we lost/finding others.

For example, I was planning a RP with someone whose username I cannot remember, and we were talking in PM. We weren't "friends" on our profiles yet, either. The only way I could find this person would be to make a thread, but where would they know to even look, unless there is a forum dedicated to that?
