I'm pretty sure the vampire government would be set up in a major city. Kilo Point was just a small SOLDIER outpost that played host to an important battle, there would be no logical reason to make it a cetral point for your government. It's simply too secluded a location. A place like Los Angles or New York would be far better.

It was never mentioned it wasn't Kilo Point though. I figured he chose this for sentimental reasons. I have some other theories I'm working on.. Shikaru can we get a call on this?

I'll keep using Kilo Point for now. If it's decided it's LA or anywhere else I'll just edit.
