I'm back! Had a fun weekend.
I enchanted a guitar and was devoured by a swarm of angels.

So I was standing in the middle of a battlefield. Utter chaos everywhere, I had no idea what either side was fighting for, other than their life.
In front of me was the stone altar of my beloved goddess Wana, the ogre Deity of disease, the hunt and slaughter.
On the altar, sickened and in chains was a guy I dragged off the battlefield.
Beside me stood a troll and a satyr, my fellow priests.
With a didgeridoo we summoned the angels of Wana. Rats!
Swarms of rats rushed over the battlefield. Infecting people left and right from either side.
At my call they savaged my sacrifice to my brutal goddess.
At the high point of the ritual I jumped on the altar and with the swarm around me I devoured the man's soul. After that everything went dark. While my mortal body was consumed by the Murinae Sea, I stood in the long halls of Wana, among the parties and orgies of the deceased following of her splendor. But by her grace I arose as the undead the next morning. Full of praise and questions for my goddess. Who supposedly loathes the living dead.

So yes, I had a very fun weekend.

I'm not sure if you realize it, but Jack and Mithias are in Canada. Literally. They're in Canada. I think that's a bit far for a psychic connection ^^

And it looks like you had fun.

Nah. You know, I want Martin to be able to reach to Canada. I want to use him in my next post. Maybe Martin has extreme mental powers, maybe he just has a special connection to Mithias due to their brotherhood or shared near death experience. Whatever. I'll write late tonight.

Ty wiz, but to be honest, if you knew how screwed Jack was gonna be because of it, you'd probably want to object. Of course, I would still try it without Martin....

Well, if you can get out of this in a method I haven't thought of yet, then I applaud you. This scenario has massively tilted odds. The chances that you will, in fact, fail to save the Vampire Republic from Jack's plans are far greater than your chance of success. Even if you do kill Jack, there are far more variables to this story, including the AI's, Onikage, and, of course, Heaven's Greatest Weapon.

But... you just told Mithias that the antidote is in your system... what's to stop him from eating you? You are forcing him to eat you.. Am I missing something?

Actually, the way most antidotes to neurotoxins work is to bond with the ceurotoxn, nullifying it. It's like putting together an acid and a base. The result is a very stable and non-poisonous material, which acts as neither antidote nor poison. Eating Jack wouldn't do anything.

Does Mithias know that?

So if I understand correctly this should knock him out in a few minutes, and when he gets back up he has amnesia?

Actually, it'll wipe his brain clean. He won't have any motor instincts, he'll be incapable of thinking, and have no personality. Complete blank slate. He'd be alive, but only physically. His mind would be wiped clean.
