Edit: Time constraints and realistic spans of distance will not allow King Ferrand to travel to this Summit in Stormhold. Going in his place will be a trusted courtier instead, traveling from Cyrodiil.

Well, Ten days of travel were given, and considering Skyrim can be traversed in game in two days on horse, and Cyrodil can be traversed in about three, so...

Anyway, The last few people need to arrive, I believe it is only the Redguard who need to arrive.

Since Titanpad is still not working (for me), would the group prefer a GoogleDocs file or a PiratePad file to be used for the summit? I'll be making it, whichever we decide to use, after work tonight.

Both works for me, though I'm leaning toward good a bit. Pirate is more simple, docs/drive got more features. What do everyone else think?

The only problem with that is this.

Take a good look at it and you'll know why Gcold and I wat things to be put in realistic traveling times and spread out evenly given the breadth of Tamriel. The real life scale of the Imperial Isle itself, you know that spit of dirt that the "really small" Imperial City is on? It's supposed to be the size of Puerto Rico and the Imperial City much bigger than in-game. In-Game representations are just that- representations as to what is told in the lore.

Double Post: The summit is now ready for people to participate in. Rules-With-Claws has said most everything he needs to say, and will only comment when it is asked of him or when the Altmer and the Imperials start to bitch too much at each other.

Here is the link, There is one small gap where the lord offered a toast, followed by a hefty bit of speech. If you need me to explain anything, just ask.

We can put in a couple of days before everyone's ready, those unable to travel that kind of distance should send nearby representatives instead of head of state/gov.

An update on the Argonian part of the summit thus far

-The Argonians have answered queries where necessary. They are currently looking to take up the Altmer offer of a conjoined construction of a great port city and then begin to trade with other nations (this will obviously take a number of months. A city is not an easy thing to construct.)
-The Argonians have invited the Redguards and the Imperials to speak. Both represent the races most Anti-Altmer, and the Redguard represent the last Sea-faring race that might be able to assist in the construction of the port city.

Double Post

The input of the Empire has led to a natural break point for the summit. I'm going to post what has happened thus far, which ends in Rules-With-Claws calling for an hour reprieve. That gives everyone a chance to chat with each other in private, as well as attend home details.

Formatting atm, it should be up within thirty minutes.

Edit: Also, A big apology goes out to the Redguard. You'll be given a chance to lead the conversation next Summit post, following The Imperial's surgical removal of foot from mouth.
