Well most of my characters might be too old to be rivals with a 14-year old...

Unless we're all aging down and the people who went through conscription and junk are 16 instead of 18 now.

But yeah, I think the closest I could probably get to a rival for Chiaki is Yuki or Ren. Unless I make a character specific for that purpose, that is.

I know Lyranias is a monarchy and Terrene is controlled by tribes, but what about the rest?

I can think of how each of the mentioned races are ruled over.

Humans would have a government, maybe a king\queen

Spirits I don't imagine having a ruler.

Beastman I think would have tribes and tribe leaders, depending on what type of beast they are half of. Some species maybe none. having no over all ruler

Both Elf, Fairy and dwarf would have a king

Half-lings what ever race they chose being half and half.

And dragons would either live in small groups and have one in charge or live alone\with their family depending on their species with no overall ruler

Angels, Demons and Lorilal I'm not sure about.

I would imagine Angels and demons living in a teocracy and lorilai being governed by sets of subconscious logic figments that are integrated in them by default, leaving little place for free will.

Also, I suppose it's obvious but just in case, the angels in Uno Mundus are not like the angels of abrahamic religions, right?

And no I don't think they are, based of them of course but an earthly race not an heavenly one from what I have read in the first page.

Bringing this concept back:

The Great 10 Magi of Lyranias.

I found out that the original Fairy king is called Oberon (also spelled Auberon)
Possible one of the most powerful men in mythical history. I think the power of all the Fay is on par with that of Angels and Demon.

To make all of this sounds far simple, let me give some more information about where races lives and the government
For a note : Human lived in every Continent except Acretifer.

Island Nation (Island Continent) - You can find any kind of races here. The Government ruled by a single president

Lyranias (Ice Continent) - Most of Ice beings/Spirit are here, Demons also lived in this place, since its kinda nice for them. Aquatic Beastmen also found here. The Government is Kingdom and ruled by Queen that selected by the people.

Pitover (Sky Continent) - Here where you can find most of Flying Beastmen and Angel. The Government is ruled by Councils.

Terrene (Forest Continent) - For Beastmen territory on the West and North side, while Elf at East and South Side, Fairy is stuck at Central Side, near Yggdrasil Tree. The Government ... well more like tribes.

Myrestia (Mist Continent) - Dwarf like this place for some reasons. The mining area is kinda rich here and they could handle the monsters that lived in the Mist. Some Dragon also could be found here. Using Mist as their way to hide themselves from being a prey and since lots of people lived at Upper Ground, not many see them. There are 2 Kingdoms here, both of the leader happened to be humans.

Acretifer (Shadow Continent) - The only places where no other races beside Lorilal here. It because the climate is kinda harsh, 4X4 season in one year. Lately Some of Dragons Races decided to live there since Lorilal appeared to be a very understanding race and this the only place where their hunter unable to stay, but we don't know how it is in future. There's no Goverment here. Lorilal is kinda like robot in sense.

I will also note that Terrene has a substantial human population as well.

I think it would also make sense that the Dragon's library would be located in either Myrestia or Acretifer

I imagine it would be in Myrestia because it seems the dragons linked up with the Lorilal much later than they'd be settling in Myrestia. Of course I don't really have an accurate timeline of 'Dragons made the Library' and 'Dragons go to Acretifer'

Maybe that is something we should work on. but Myrestia does seem like the more logical choice.

It more like when the Dragon Library made. If it made less than 500 years, it should be logical saying it in Myrestia.
The opposite however, if the Dragon Library made over 500 years ago, means it made in original dragon world, It could be ended anywhere unexpected.
