This was pretty bad. I thought that I might find some sort of antidote somewhere in the maze, but, unfortunately, all that door led to was a boss room. The ghost seemed to take some decent damage from Elena's dark bolts, to which, I added in my own electricity, damaging the ghost even further. I then got an idea on what we might be able to do, here. "Elena, you can use water, right? Well, try to make a sort of geyser erupt under the ghost, I'll take it from there," I instruct Elena, as I take my position, one which would allow me to basically fly into the geyser, which should be electrically conductive from the minerals in the immediate area, and then discharge all of my electrical power into said geyser. The resulting shock would probably be phenomenal, to say the least. Of course, since this guy looked a lot tougher than the spiders and small golems we fought earlier, he might still be alive after this. I just hoped that we'd be able to help Miles out after this fight, or heck, even during would be nice, as it was pretty stupid of me to get him into this mess. However, even if we headed back into town, we might not have the money needed to buy some sort of antidote or medical treatment, and then we'd just be worse off than we were before. To keep the ghost in his own position, I breathe some fire at him, and he counters with some sort of poisonous, green fog. I was unable to dodge it, and instantly felt weaker. So, this is what it's like to be in the poisoned status... ugh, I hate it already. I think as I try to work through the sickness, landing just to conserve some of my energy... I'd need it all for the attack.

Connor's own voice betrayed him. Sure, he said he wasn't tired, but I could tell. "Uh... no, never mind, you sound tired, and you should probably get some rest. Sorry for waking you up," I say to him in response. Ralph, on the other hand seemed ready to go, and even asked me what I needed. I responded with "Well, I was kinda hoping to get this place furnished, but Connor's asleep... uh, unless you think you'd be of any help, here," I then awaited Ralph's response, not really being tired enough to fall asleep. Sure, I understood why Val and Connor needed rest, but not all of us did. Heck, I felt absolutely energetic, ready to go, and ready to take on the world for some reason. Maybe I don't get tired as easily as I used to? Hm... this doesn't seem to be the case with Val, but, then again, it's not like she was able to conjure shadow hands while she was a human. I ponder, wondering why it was that I was still brimming with energy. I certainly didn't LOOK any stronger than my human self, and I'm certain that I was shorter like this as well. Heck, for all I knew, Connor was basically human-sized, and the rest of us were just about mouse-sized creatures after this whole plate ordeal. I can't believe that I started an event that, well, depending on how you look at it, either broke the world, or saved it from destruction. At this moment, I felt kinda guilty, just from seeing what a drastic turn society went through, and how people, or at least, things that used to be people, would kill each other at the slightest provocation. Laws had to be remade, that much was certain, but that still seemed like a distant goal to me.
