They are, and always have been a very advanced city. The citizens of the city, even before it was discovered by the other pokemon were very focused on bringing back some of the old human technology and adapting it for pokemon use... usually, they'd send several of their own citizens (always volunteers) to areas that they suspected contained human technology. There's nothing futuristic, per se (as in, not futuristic to us), but they do have things such as plumbing, very basic elevators, and a better building material than wood.

Why aren't we talking about this in the PMD OOC thread? Lol.

Good job on the post, Noire, just one small detail... Tony isn't flying... Tony can't fly. In fact, I think it says in my app that his wings are too small for him to use for flight. Instead, he's actually still sitting on Connor's shoulder.
