As they walked to the Shed a large lock was on the latch. Spencer raised an eyebrow setting her bow down and grabbing a hair pinch from her hair trying to unlock the lock with her hairpink. It was pointy and she knew how to work with these kind of locks, it was part of her hunting training that she was taught years ago from her father. "Turn it arooooounnnd." And snap, her hairpinch broke but the lock was unlocked. "Aaand there we go." Spencer walked back grabbing her bow and aiming towards the Shed just incase if they opened it and a zombie will come out attacking em. Just incase.c

Steph slowly opened the door, inside was the usual sports equipment.
Baseball bats, Cricket bats, footballs, all general school P.E items.
"Well it isn't a stash of guns, but its something" Steph joked scooping up a wooden cricket bat.

"Cool trick." Jim said to Spencer. In his professional days, he never had to pick locks. He used disguises, covers and subterfuge to infiltrate his target's territory.

"Nice." Jim said as he saw their potential armory. He took an aluminum baseball bat in his first round of looking for the good stuff. Next, he picked up four baseballs and stashed them in his bag. He wanted to look for more, but he worried that the more time they spent in the shed, the more danger they will come into.

"Thanks. Dad taught me all of that." Spencer nodded as she saw them picking up equipments. Spencer didn't grab anything mainly because her hands are busy with the bow and all. But she did had to find arrows, she had about 6 of them left. It wasn't much. And she had a pocket knife but thats for close combat with the zombies. Spencer turned around scanning around the area just incase something tries to attack them from behind. "Guys, hurry it up." She told them as she looked around. Spencer turned her head to Jim smiling at him. "Wow. What are you going to dowith the baseballs exactly?" She asked an eyebrow arched.

"Distraction, mostly. If I wanted to lure a zombie away, I can throw a ball, for example, to a window. The noise would hopefully draw zombies towards it, and we'll be free to walk with less to worry about." Jim said, remembering how he used a rock to lure a whole squad of bodyguards away from their charge.
"Maybe I can hit a curve ball to a zombie's face, too." He added, having played a bit of high school baseball in his youth. He snapped back to reality as he remembered, the old world was gone, and it will never be the same again.

Steph was already a few steps out of the shed
"Cmon love birds" She teased , practicing her swings with the cricket bat.
It reminded her of home, back in England.
She had moved to America to do her University degree, and planned to go home within a year... that was until the infection began to spread...

"Haha. Well goodluck with that. It does seem like a good idea though." She nodded looking at Steph as she began to walk away and calling them 'love birds'. Spencer had no idea why she called them that, besides she just met the guy. Eventhough he is cute and all but still. "Riiiight." Spencer began to follow Steph now to their next location. "Where are we going now and how far is it?" She wasnt being lazy.....she was just tired. Hell they could be tired aswell. Spencer grabbed the bottle of water sipping some more and seeing that it was finished. She stuffed the bottle in her back pocket for later use.

"I wish we found a map in there." Jim said. If they had a map, they could easily determine which areas are strategically perfect to settle in.
"Anybody hungry? Maybe we can share a can or two when we get to a safe spot." Jim added, trying to fill the occasional silence as they walked.

the bus fired up as it drove down the street at a slow speed, the bus had a queen track in the player and so the Doc. was singing along to 'we will rock you' as he trundled along the road.

Cyrus saw Steph slow and prayed that she knew what she was doing. He had enough in his hands. Dodging the undead was relatively hard, especially when they were both bleeding, which riled them up. "Almost net the door," he grunted. He pushed through the door with his good arm and stumbled outside. He ran to the front of the front of the school. He watched as a man jumps out of a window, and then Charles mimics him. He set Lillah down, most of the zombies were trapped inside. "You fucking psycho! First you ask for pills, and then you try and kill us all. It's four against one, we will kill you." He already had his P88 ready, but they needed to get moving. The horde was moving towards the crazy amount of noise they were making.

As Cyrus set her down, she looked around and dropped her stuff aside before pulling her pants up to look at the wound. She grit her teeth as she pressed her hand to it, her toes curling in her shoes. Then she sighed a bit. The bullet passed through the flesh without hitting the bone, and the biggest problem was the bleeding. "It's not that bad," she stated. "I don't have anything to wrap it with, though." She looked to him, hoping he had something. If not, she'd have to tear her hoodie and it wasn't ideal with the weather getting cooler everyday. "You need something for your wound, too. And where'd Steph go?" she added worriedly, pressing her hand to the wound to slow the bleeding.

"Well when I did have a map a few days ago I noted down a few buildings. I remember an office block on the map seemed in a good place..."
Steph looked at the horizon until finding a large building.
"There that might be the place, it was some Law office building. Probably has a canteen, maybe some kind of security room." Steph chimed, she had noticed Spencer moving slower and hoped that they would all get to the building.
" Probably a few zombies on the lower floors though, I doubt there would be too many on the upper floors, no reason for them too be there anyway..."

"Perfect." Jim said. Having learned some basic fortification before, he was confident that they can transform an area into their own stronghold.
It's too big, though. We're gonna have to find a small place to settle in inside, then expand from there.
"You're right, the upper floors would be better for us to stay in, provided that we have an escape route, and we don't lure zombies on the way up. Any ideas?" Jim asked, already thinking of ways to create barricades and fortify from the very limited resources that were probably inside the offices.

Spencer placed a hand in her stomach when Jim said the word 'Hungry'. Yes, she was hungry. "I am hungry....I really am. But she should just wait until we get to that top floor." Spencer nodded bitting her bottom lips thinking of an idea to get up there. "Hmmmmmm. Oh. how about we just walk? And if there are any zombies. Jim can throw a baseball somewhere to disctract them with the ball and we make a run for it!" it was not the best idea but it was something, she nodded with a smile at them.

Steph nodded "Sounds like a plan." She smiled as they began walking across the field.
They soon got to the end of the field, a road and a few more buildings away. the office block stood.
Steph looked across the road, a zombie slowly shuffled along the side, its face mostly rotted away.
It hadn't spotted them yet, and so Steph stayed quite, wondering if one of her acquaintances would do the honours.
She gripped her bat tightly.

As they were walking she noticed a zombie in the road but it seemed that he hasnt spotted them yet. "Eh. Should we kill him? I mean, really. It didnt even spotted us and i doubt he could chase us with his slow looking self " Spencer shrugged but she still had her eyes open towards the zombie. If she had to kill it, then she had too.

Without saying anything, Jim tapped both girls' shoulders and signaled them to follow and be quiet.
Killing the guy might be trouble. Noise.
Jim led them both to the very limited shadows and they made way for the seemingly empty entrance of the designated building.

Steph followed Jim into the building, it was messy and bloody. As if this place had been attacked a few months back. It seemed rather empty now, Steph hopped over the counter to find a bloody mess on the other side. A mangled corpse with its head caved in lay on the floor. Steph grimaced at the sight of the body but looked around, finding a set of keys in one of the corpses pockets.,
She swivelled them on her finger as she went back to the main door, checking to see if any of them fit the lock. None of them did.

They all walked away towards the bulding. It was dark and bloody as hell. Not Spencer's sunshine. "Ummm. Sooo none of those keys work? Are you serious...." Spencer looked around bitting her bottom lips. "Alright. We must find some type of stairs or something..I mean really. We have to get to the top somehow...."

"What do you think happened here?" Jim said as he looked for information about the building.
"We thought there'd be a welcoming party, I still do, but where? I've a bad feeling about this." Jim continued.
"There are thirteen floors exclyding the roof. Top floor has a huge room. 3 to 12 are normal offices. 2nd has security. What do you guys think we should do?" Jim asked. He knew the top wiuld be safest...if the zombies only came from outside. He also considered escape. Escaping from 13 floors above ground would be very difficult.
