Whenever he finished scavenging for supplies, he left the neighborhood and walked along, eventually finding a Walmart, and walking in. A couple of zombies were in there, but he finished them off with his handgun. When he finished scavenging the store, he walked out and saw a car, a small amount of gas but the keys still in the ignition. He hopped in and started driving around, hoping to find some people.

Annnd I need to find me some arrows....hmmm. Is there any weapon shop nearby?" She asked wondering because she could get her own weapon and they did needed ammo.

"First place to be looted where the gun shops" Steph smiled unlooping her holster from her hip and handing it spencer.
"Sports stores might have archery equipment though?" She suggested. grabbing a chocolate bar from the bag.

"That was the deal in the first place. And if you're not aware, you're not in a bargaining position. I have the gun. Drive." Jim said, tired of the man.
"The next time you tell me what to do, your brains go to the windshield. Do what you're told so we won't have any problems."

Denise giggled as he picked her up. Her feet landed on the floor as she scurried her way to Ky. She eventually found Ky, "Hi!" Denise called out, waving her tiny hands. "We have canned food, wanna eat with us?" She asked, walking towards Ky and tugging on her shirt.
"Don't be scared, I will protect you guys." She added, looking towards at the stairs leading to downstairs where Jon was at.

Tamara stood still on the roof of a building, she actually sat really. Her three camcorders set up with rocks and pieces of old wood. She was recording her first video diary, it was always the most exciting part of her day.

"Hello there, today is day one, I am excited to get to know the world around me but at the same time I am glad to know that I can make these videos. Now to go over a few rules here, I want you to know a few things."

"Numero uno, I will try to record daily. I'm not sure how to tell you guys if I have died or if the camera has gone whack...whatever though. Just know that if you see a blond, red eyed zombie barreling through the streets she has a recorder or two stuck in her pockets. Kill her and take them."

"Number two, I'm going to keep a solid list of these few things. They will be major parts of each diary. First of all my medical health, so far I haven't been feeling to run down, but I am just feeling depressed really. Maybe because I want to grief and stuff but I can't. Moving on we have my physical appearance, that hasn't changed much yet. I have grown out my hair but when I make stops at houses I chop off the split ends, on the topic of shaving I am in need of one again, but that can be covered later. I found some deodorant in a house earlier...it was mostly empty when I used it though. I even got a bottle of old perfume, that was a major find. Now onto the actually interesting stuff. The city is in complete shambles, zeds everywhere. Other then that my day has been a boring scavenger hunt, good luck where you are and I hope this message reaches you. Bye for now."

She shut off each camera, sighing and placing them in her pocket and getting up. Moving along and climbing down the silly rooftop.

"Sure." Ky said standing up. She had decided she would figure out what that hole was later.

Lillah opened the door to the stairwell and drew in a long breath before taking her first step. It wasn't so bad until she put her weight on her wounded leg to take the next step, and she nearly dropped her bat as she grabbed at the railing to keep from falling. "Fuck," she laughed bitterly. "Okay, you got this..." she sighed and took the next step. And then the next step. It was a slow process, but with every step it got a little better. Eventually she wasn't even pausing between steps, though the going was still slow.

At each floor, she would pause to not only catch her breath, but peek into the immediate room as well. She'd whisper into the emptiness, "Steph?" with her bat ready in case anybody but Steph responded.

That pattern was finally interrupted, though, when she tripped over something and stumbled into a room as cans fell over each other and onto the floor, making far more noise than she'd expect. "Shit--no," she hissed, glancing back at the wire she fell over. "Fuck," she uttered, pushing herself to feet as quickly as she could and slipping into the office to take cover behind one of the desks. Now that she was still again, the pain in her leg was acting up and she grit her teeth as she sat pressed against the desk, not even daring to peek at the mess by the door.

A clatter of cans.
Steph turned to the office door.
"It came from the stairway..." Steph muttered pumping her shotgun as she slid some extra shells in her pocket.
Steph slowly went to the door and quickly exited into the stairway, the clatter had come from a few floors down. The zombies from before where not attacking the make shift barricade on the stairs and must have walked off into some of the offices. Steph went back and grabbed her cricket bat then, slowly, began to make her way down the stairs.
"Probably just some corpses....." She muttered reassuringly to herself.

Jon went back to the door and picked his two weapons up. He didn't know why he was so paranoid. Maybe it was the new companions. It was good to not be alone, but losing those two would be harsh. He tucked the revolver behind him and laid the machete on a table. If Denny has been staying here for a while, it must be safer than he thinks. From upstairs, he heard the voice and the footsteps of the two. He glanced to the end of the staircase and waited for them to come down.

When the air was quiet for a bit, Lillah hesitantly peeked around the desk. No one had appeared--yet. Maybe it was just those two, she thought, remembering that the psycho and some other man had walked out of the building before she came in. I guess I should just leave, then. There wasn't much point to sticking around if the building was empty--especially since the two men could come back at any moment. But there were still plenty of floors to explore, and even if she didn't find Steph, she might find some supplies. "Hmm," she muttered, turning away from the edge to lean against the desk again, juggling her options.

"Hey if you are a zombie don't say anything" Steph called down the stairs, bat ready as she got to the makeshift barricade.
She was tense hoping to not meet with a barrel pointed at her.
Steph had tried to mask her voice a little to try and sound tougher.

Lillah blinked as a voice echoed down--or up?--the stairs. It was a woman's voice, though there wasn't much confidence in it and that sounded vaguely familiar. Although she was confident she could take another woman, Lillah wasn't too enthusiastic about the possibility of that woman having a firearm. So that kept her from moving from her hiding place. However, the voice's familiarity kept her from moving, as well. Her eyes wandered about the room, looking for a possible escape--the elevator most likely wasn't working, but if she could get the doors open, she was strong enough in her arms to climb down the cables. With a tentative escape plan established, Lillah peeked out from behind the desk. "Steph?" she called to the stairs, tensing in case she was wrong.

A familiar voice called back up to Steph.
"Lillah..?" Steph called back down clambering over the make shift wall that blocked the stairs.
She walked down the stairs and turned into the office Lillah was in.
"What the hell are you doing here? Your supposed to be half way to the countryside.!" She said dropping the bat and running the short distance, hugging her tightly.

When her name was returned, Lillah sighed in relief and slowly pushed herself up. Then she was suddenly being squeezed by the other girl, wincing in response. "Oh for fuck's sake," she muttered, but found herself hugging back. "I thought that psycho nabbed you or something," she explained. "But you look fine to me--have plenty of energy," she noted as the tight embrace started to add to the overall soreness she was already feeling.

"Oh sorry.." She let go.
"Well you look like shit to be honest." Steph joked, the girl seemed to have a limp, or at least stood as if her leg was injured.
"Well I was saved by this other guy and a girl... then the doctor came and I was going to blast his head off but the guy, Jim, said he would just dump him somewhere instead."
Steph explained "But me and Spencer, the other girl, are here on the top floor. We where gunna clear this place out then start planning what we do next. We will probably stay here for now.. clearing the floors and such.."

"I feel like shit," Lillah agreed with a sigh. She watched Steph as she explained everything, frowning mostly but nodded afterwards to express her understanding. She wasn't too sure about the other party members, but if someone as anxious as Steph trusted them, Lillah figured there wasn't much reason to protest--not yet, anyway. "Alright. Sounds good," Lillah said, before allowing herself to sit back down on the floor.

"I still haven't slept," she added as she pulled her bag off her back, "and I'm exhausted--and I'm not climbing any more steps right now--so I'll be here for a couple hours. Then I'll help--" she paused to yawn as she slipped off her sweatshirt, creating a makeshift pillow, "with whatever once I'm up." She fell back onto her sweatshirt and sighed in relief at finally being able to relax.
