"Don't listen to him - it wasn't a fluke." Muse said to Callum. "And you can do lots of things, for that matter. Like... I bet you can control other elements, too." he told him quickly. While Muse wanted to tell Callum the truth about where those powers came from (which he figured would go over rather well since he'd just proved to himself how easy it is to use said powers), a lot was happening at once and he didn't have a ton of time to explain things in detail.

And speaking of multitasking, Muse's attention quickly shifted back to Leon, and his eyes widened in response to the strange kid's words. While he still didn’t sound like he had all his marbles it was clear that he no longer sounded like a being of GM’s creation - at least not 100%. “Wait, so… you’re a roleplayer?” he asked, sounding somewhat amazed. “And this Rose person, she’s a roleplayer, too?”

Meanwhile, GM looked rather bewildered, distracted from his talk with Rae as Kole approached him with questions about his powers. “Wait… hold on…” he backed up a few steps, a look of confusion plastered across his face. “You’re asking me how your powers work?” he asked. “Me, the enemy? Why?” Though, after he let the question sink into his own head for a few seconds, his confusion quickly turned to amusement and laughter. “Wait wait wait, hang on, time out for a second,” he managed to say in-between laughs. “Are you seriously trying to tell me that ol’ Chameleon Circuit over here,” he pointed at Muse. “Is so bad at teaching you this stuff, that almost without hesitation you come to me instead? That. Is. AMAZING!” he exclaimed, before laughing so hard he seemed like he could barely stand.

“Ahhhh… listen, kid.” he spoke up after he’d finished laughing. “I can’t teach you about those powers. At least, not the whole ice thing that the Angel of Emo brought up. Because, his powers and mine are of a very different breed. Particularly, the key to unlocking and using my powers doesn’t sound like something you’d hear in an episode of 80’s My Little Pony.” he explained. “Sooo… unless, of course, you wanna get familiar with the sorts of powers I offer,” he jerked his head in Leon’s direction. “I can’t help you. But that offer is open!” he chimed, mostly out of amusement that Kole could potentially be willing to accept rather than the need for more henchmen.

Callum gave Muse a strange look, "Lots of other things huh?" Callum stood there silent for a second, lot's of things....Including other elements. Which means that there's other things He could do, if he could make something out of thin air then surely the elements was stretched to anything organic or in fact anything that you could find on earth. Everything is made out of basic things right? So all he needed to was focus...Everything was made out of everything, everything was made out of everything.....everything was made out of everything...

Callum looked at his finger tips, he closes his eyes...and like those cliche kid films that he still watched, he believed. Callum giggled once that went through his mind. Well that sounded way more cheesy then epic, or anything like the doctor. Dammit. Callum flashed a frown as he looked back at his finger tips, and on his ring finger. Was one of those metal sewing that people....who sew used for something. It was small and useless, but it told Callum something. Anything, is everything. and the line kept getting cheesier and cheesier.

Callum smiled as he put the sewing thing into his pocket, and after his deep internal monologue he looked back to the group. Just as the Kole asked the GM about the powers, "Oh for gods sake" was the only thing he muttered as he watched GM laughed and express his whole.....Mockery of Muse. Once again making it seem like they were both brothers, and Callum was pretty sure who was the older one.

After the GM paused, Callum took it as his cue to walk up to Kole and flick him right on the forehead, somewhat hard.
"I hope your not actually going to do that, don't even think about. Don't you know, this never ends well! Plus, Like he said. He can't unlock yo...." Callum stopped his sentence mid-sentence. It looked like he was frozen in time.

The GM asked Rae what powers she had...He didn't ask me how I did that...He just asked Rae...Muse "unlocked" my powers, but I was only there for five minutes...and the only thing he told me was that I could..."Everyone shut up for a second, I have a truly amazing speech to say, that includes you Gm. Right now I'm going through a wise moment, while shitting myself that you could kill me at any moment while somewhat still thinking that at least in this realm I have powers!WHICH IS AWESOME... So just for this one second let me speak, you may mock and laugh at me afterwards. Hell, your probably going to do something horrible to all of us afterwards, but at least for this one second let me feel like Jeff from community!" Callum finished the thing with a raise of his hands. He then took a deep breath in and continued.

"Everyone! Turns out, we all have cool powers, isn't that cool! That includes you Rae...and person who I've only realized now was here...and you Kole...Don't you find it weird how in five minutes I can go from being my useless self to shooting a giant ice ball. It wasn't this arse!" Callum flailed his arms at Gm. "No, It was muse...well Kinda...I don't know I'm pretty much making it up as I go...But still! It counts! So, just for this one second...please, just believe in me and shoot a ice ball...Or a fire ball...Or a-You know what, You can do anything you want to, if you just believe, it will happen. Maybe not like that, but just try. Cause it's kinda embarrassing, and I really don't want someone turning evil or crazy...If that's not already happened" Callum shot a glance at Leon

"So try anything, boost your confidence and try...And to be honest, it's either this or die and if I were you I would go with the whole trying part" Callum didn't know at all what was the extent of peoples powers, but...Maybe they would try something that they could actually do? He didn't know, he felt like crying himself to sleep right now. Maybe later.

"...Roleplayers?," Leon echoed. "Like, someone who plays a role? Don't we all fit that description though? I mean, when was the last time you've been truly honest about yourself to your surroundings? I bet you have some pretty dark secrets too. Right, GM?," he turned back towards his new master for a moment before continuing his comment. "In fast, I bet everyone here has some secrets. For example... Your name, Blue-eyes blonde dragon!," Leon called out as he turned back towards Books, pointing at the poor girl in question "It must be something really embarrasing, otherwise you would've telled us already. Hmm... Let me guess. Is it Kaiba? No, that doesn't make sense. Ooh, I know! It's Jiminy Billy Bob!" Leon nodded as he said that, apparently very pleased with himself for such a stroke of genius.

Books rolled her blue eyes. "Fine it's Books, Booksmusicanime. There ya happy?" She snapped as she pushed her blonde hair back behind her ears. "And dragon? Seriously dude?" She said venom in her voice. Really what's with calling me a dragon?! I know I'm hostile right now but that's a dumb nickname. She thought with a frown.

Rae quite liked Callum speech, though she didn't really believe she had any powers.
when he was done speaking she approached him "Callum? um i'm sorry we left you earlier, but Bellua was leaving and ... well i didn't want to get left behind, i'm sorry"
she cleared her throat "that was a nice speech, Callum, very inspirational" she looked over at GM and Muse then back at Callum with a small smile.

Muse’s eyes widened in response to Callum’s speech. A moment ago, he was just grateful that what he said about Callum being able to control the elements was able to trigger any real belief/powers. He certainly didn’t expect the boy to catch on to the mechanisms and logic behind these powers so quickly… Wow, this guy’s doing my job for me… Muse thought to himself, before realizing he should probably validate the roleplayer’s words so that he didn’t come off as insane or something.

“He’s right!” Muse spoke up after Callum’s speech. “I know it sound ridiculous but if you believe in your powers you can make them happen - like, legitimately convince yourself that you can do something and you can do it.” he explained. “I mean, just look at Callum - the only reason he was able to throw that ice ball was because I planted the idea in his head that he had elemental powers. On some level he must’ve taken my word for it and look what happened.” He sure hoped that would be enough evidence to convince them that the nature of their powers really worked.

After he finished that explanation, though, confusion seemed to creep across his face in a delayed reaction to Leon’s comment. “Wait…” he spoke up, noting how his reaction to being called a roleplayer the first time was very different from what he got from the others. “So then, do you not know? Or are you, like… you know… not one of…” He wanted to ask if Leon was a character, or even just a creation of GM himself, but he seemed completely stuck as to how to phrase his questions.

Kole very much instantly regretted his decision to ask the GM about his powers, and the more the GM laughed the redder Koles face became with utter shame and embarrassment. At times like this Kole very much wished that the ground would swallow him up just so he could get out of this situation. Was it getting hotter or was it just Kole feeling very embarrassed. The way that GM proceeded to ‘explain’ his own powers to Kole and then his offer to show Kole how to gain such powers sent butterflies fluttering rampantly through his stomach. But not in a good way but instead a way similar to someone who had eaten too much food and likely to throw up if shaken too much. Thankfully Callum came along to hopefully take Kole away from the horrible situation. Kole was very disappointed and annoyed when Callum instead flicked him, quite painfully, on the forehead.

“Of course not!” Kole quickly replied to Callum’s horrific question when the opportunity presented itself. “I was just curious.” He glanced over to GM with worry.

Suddenly Callum gave a speech and what a good speech it was. It had all the things a speech needed such as loudness, encouragement, an epiphany and too much information. Kole once again glanced towards GM very much hoping he would disappear. GM may have had appoint when he said something about powers sounding like something for My Little Pony.

“That sounds ridiculous.” Was Koles automatic response accompanied with a furrowed brow. But as Muse backed up Callum’s claim Kole thought a bit more. “But…I guess it could work? There was a flying island just a few minutes ago…”

He held up and flexed his fingers in thoughts. Maybe he could gain some powers but what? After all from what he had just been told anything was possible, in fact he could possibly fly if he just. Koles train of thought was derailed and glared at the ground with concern. Had it just flickered? It had just been for a moment so he could just be seeing things which was improbable considering everything he had seen just now, not to mention that ominous wall of pitch black in the distance.

"There you go," Leon replied to Book'ss biting answer. "Now, was that so hard? And yes, I'm happy. Nice to meet you, Books," the young man smiled. "Like I said, my name's Leon. Now, I could ask the rest of you what your names are," he turned to the group as a whole, "but I fear that that would be a waste of time. So instead, I'll just wait for you guys to identify each other. Of course, I could always just give you some nicknames myself..." He fell silent for a second, then pointed at Callum, finally reacting to the guy's speech. "Like, say, Blabbermouth!," he called out. "I mean, what was all that about anyway? 'Clap your hands if you believe?' Ooh, maybe I should call you Tinkerbell instead! Yeah, that sounds nice. Of course, that's more of a fairy's name... Meh, whatever."

This being taken care of, the young man turned back to the now stuttering Muse. "What are you talking about? Seriously, if you want to ask someone a question -- like me --, you should try to from an actual sentence. I mean, what are you even blabbering about?"

Concluding that he was just seeing things Kole turned his attention back to the group and matter at hand. It would be a lie to say that Kole ever so slightly wished that the person who had died just a few minutes ago had stayed dead. His infuriating voice grated on Kole’s ears with his constant degrading tone and snarky comments. Kole very much wanted to punch that person very hard in the nose if he didn’t stop talking just for one stinking minute.

“It would be easier to get a word in edgewise if you stop taking.” Kole muttered to himself while trying to distance himself a bit from GM and the annoying person.

The idea of powers came into his mind again. While having powers would be cool the idea of them just suddenly ‘poof’-ing into existence just because he believed in himself did not fit in anywhere in Kole’s mind as he firmly believed that everything needed a scientific and logical reason. But then again seeing how Callum had managed to do something that was obviously supposed to be impossible simply by, apparently, believing himself.

Letting the thought simmer away in his mind to raise questions on the overall limits of this Koles hand drifted into his pocket to draw out his phone. A click of the button revealed the same old message from a few minutes ago. ‘No’ said the screen in stark white letters. Maybe he could get it to work properly again?

Books raise a eyebrow at Leon. Okay it's official, that guy scares the crap out of me. And I thought I know some insane people. Books thought with her eyes studying him. She was trying to find a weak spot to hit in case she had to fight him. She hoped she wouldn't have to but if it came down to it she would. Good god he's really psychotic.

“Heh, figured I’d at least offer.” GM smirked in response to Kole blatantly denying the notion of him ever joining the Godmodder. Then, his attention turned to Leon. “Listen, kid, if you’re going to be an asshole, be a witty asshole.” he told him, sounding rather annoyed. “Because right now you’re just making me look bad.” he snapped.

“And as for the rest of you… hmm…” He paused, looking around the group. “I had hoped to terrorize you a bit, maybe give you a good Gary Oak-style battle in which I go easy on you but still get the amusement of watching your feeble powers try to land a scratch on me or my underlings, but now it seems you hardly have a grip on any powers whatsoever, so maaaaybe I should leave you to get a bit more practice in. What do you all think?” he asked the roleplayers, grinning.

With that one comment, all of Leon's previous cockiness disappeared like snow to the sun. "I... I'm sorry, master," he whimpered like a struck dog, turning to his master. "I-I-I didn't mean to make you look bad. Please forgive me..." In between his slightly bent knees, his arms being in a defensive position slightly in front of his abdomen and generally scared posture, it seemed as if the guy had literally shrunken. Sure, he was technically immortal now, but only by GM's grace -- that was one thing that Leon's broken mind still understood. Not to mention that, with GM's shown powers, who's to say that the being wouldn't be able to make some kind of torture room where Leon would die a painful death, then respawn only to die again? This one lucid thought sent a shiver down the already shaking boy's spine, absolutely nothing being left of the asshole that he was mere moments ago.

"You know, there comes a time when you gotta realize that everything is just a 90's kids show, sadly no one apparently cares about that..." Callum frowned as people still went on believing that they couldn't do that. Cal;um turned around to listen to what Rae had to say. "I'm glad to be honest, I'm a hundred percent sure that Bellua was a magical demon set to kill his creator and then, do evil things. But he seems to be gone for now. So more like, a funny joke that I could make if given a minute" Callum paused for a second if almost like he was thinking about something. But he had more of a I'm not doing anything in my mind face then I'm thinking face.

"But hey, where's the powers from you? I mean, everyone has powers. I can't even juggle with one ball. I know you can do it. Like, umm...Start off simple, like fire. Fire's cool right? You can be a dragon! Or the mother of dragons? But you need white hair for that. Unless there's another mother of dragons that I don't know about. Just hold out your hand like this" Callum said as he raised his hand forwards. "And do that thing where you made the face of real focus. You can do it, you have it in you. I swear, I even pinkie promise. And I've never broken a pinkie promise!" Callum gave a thumbs up as he took a step back.

Callum smiled as Muse backed him up. Well, of course he would back him up. But still, at least someone else was trying. Callum sighed at Kole, "Come on? duddddeee. Magical science! Stop looking at your phone! I literally just made a giant ice ball and your looking at your phone. Did you even listen to my speech! Which by the way was pretty good. nine out of ten...Yeah.....Just do it please, try for god sake or I will punch you in the face. Well maybe not that, but I will definitely punch you on the under arm. And that leaves bruises"

Callum turned around to the GM and tilted his head awkwardly. It as kinda weird watching him scold Leon if that was the right word. But it definitely showed something. Sure Leon was crazy, but it did show that he was more afraid...and crazy.

"It would be nice, if you left us. Give us like, a good while? Cause I dunno about you. But Gary charmander always got like three critical hits in the first battle and I call hax. So, I wouldn't want a Gary oak battle...or a battle at all"

Rae didn't entirely understand what Callum wanted her to do but she held her hand out as he told her to, an image of his ice ball appeared in her mind, she thought she felt her hand cool down but nothing showed up so she shook her hand, the cold feeling went away, she figured she must have imagined it. "nothing happened, i don't know what you expect me to do Callum" she admitted.
Muse's little speech just made her feel a little ... sick, she wasn't sure why, maybe because she truly didn't believe she could do what they wanted her to do.
She chuckled a little at his reference "pokemon Callum? really?" she smiled.

“Tch, alright.” GM responded to Callum’s request that the roleplayers be left alone. Fighting them wouldn’t be very much fun at this point, anyway — as was evident by the fact that they hardly had any powers to play around with. “You ready to go, Le-yolo?” he asked as Basilix re-materialized behind them. “No wait, ‘yolo’ doesn’t work on you — I’ll have to think of something else…”

Meanwhile, while Muse was just about to tell himself to ignore GM and his henchmen completely, he couldn’t help but allow Leon’s sudden mood change to catch his attention. Despite how cocky he’d been a moment ago, his much more timid demeanor suggested GM had really broken him… He kind of felt sorry for the kid, but Callum was right, they were in no condition to try to fight GM or anything. Instead, he tried turning his attention to the other RPers. “Like Callum said, you just have to believe that you’re capable of things. The claim that Callum had ice powers was a total lie — but because he believed it, he could form that power for himself. He’s the living proof!” he exclaimed, before realizing their efforts weren’t doing much to convince them of the truth behind their powers. He tried approaching it from a different angle. “Let’s see… If it helps, you can think of it as ‘power of will’ — you can will your abilities into existence. Whatever abilities you want, you can make them happen… with your mind.” He emphasized the last few words especially as he pressed his fingers against his own forehead, hoping he could make the powerset sound a little less… childish. Muse didn’t think he was doing a very good job, though.

"So kinda if you believe a certain religion. Like Christianity or Buddhism. Except you don't believe in a higher being but yourself. Okay I'm just confusing my self trying to figure this out." Books said as she tried to figure out something to refer the power thing to a religion. She liked to compare stuff to something else than what it was but it normally would confuse not only herself but others.

"Y-yes, master," Leon muttered an answer. His head bowed in submission and still trembling all over, the young man made his way over to GM and his pet dragon. If it weren't for GM's wrath threatening his life -- or at least the rest of his existence --, Leon might've made a couple of snarky comments. Things being as they were, however, that was just about the last thing on Leon's Mental List of Important Things™.

Callum smiled and took a step back. "Yeah...see you...Gm and....Leon" He turned around to muse and nodded as he kept trying to get the others to try the powers.

"Seriously guys you need to try this, you gotta try. It will work, If I can do it then you can!" Callum exclaimed as he tilted his head towards Rae. "Well yeah, Pokemon is awesome, everyone knows that...Like, everyone knows that. Pokemon is the best thing ever. Typhlosion for life" Callum moved his head up and down a tiny bit to add his point to the fact.

Rae chuckled at Callum "i've never gotten around to playing it, but everyone says it's good, so when i get out of this hell i'll try it, promise"
Rae liked the girl's (books) explanation of it, believing in yourself, "i've never really believed in myself though, or a higher power, so i'm not sure how to do this? is it like bending from avatar: the last airbender or something?" that last question was posed towards everyone more then just the girl "oh, your name is books right?" she asked the girl, rather timidly.

[Kaga]

“Well, alright then. Back to our hidey-hole we go~!” GM sang, before he, his companion and his dragon all zoomed off into the sky, back towards their floating black box.

Expectedly, Basilix vanished again as soon as they stepped inside. After that, the realm GM called his own contained nothing but himself, Leon, a giant rabbit, the remains of some character’s dorm room, and his computer. “I really need to make some modifications to this place… make it less generic…” GM hummed as he sat down in front of his laptop. “I guess to start, I should make this place less awkward-looking, just floating in the sky like this.” As he spoke, he focused on making the outward appearance of his abode smaller, allowing it to shrink until almost nothing but the entrance remained. The inside, however, stayed the exact same size.

“Now then, decor…” he mused. “I wanna go for something different this time. The dungeon theme I had last time was nice, but maybe I’ll try something with a bit more pizazz this time around.” he said to himself, minimizing the program he’d been using to control the Guild world, and instead opening some sort of web browser. “I can still tap into whatever version of the internet that old academy RP had, yes?” he spoke out-loud as he attempted to get his device to connect, eventually holding it up and walking around with it a bit, before gravitating towards the piece of the structure that still looked like a dorm room. “…Yes? Yes!!” he cheered as he parked himself down at the border between a roleplayer’s creation and his own. “I’ll have to work on setting up my own internet sometime soon, but I can leech off of this in the meantime!”

Once he’d established a stable connection, he started poking around the web for inspiration. While it seemed a bit bizarre to watch the shift from futuristic holograms that could alter reality to simple Google Images, it was at least a bit more familiar and easier to follow. “What do you think I should try, Leon? Should I keep the medieval theme and maybe take a more upscale castle-like route? Or should I try something totally different and maybe go for a sci-fi sort of feel this time? I mean, a medieval fantasy sort of tone would more closely match the dragons and other creatures I’ve made so far, but sci-fi includes genetic experiments and all that which justifies pretty much everything. Plus it is closer to what I’ve been doing…” he rambled. “…Is there any way to combine sci-fi and fantasy?” he paused for a moment to think. “…Homestuck’s kinda like that.” he concluded. “BRB, stalkin’ some Homestuck RP’s.” he spoke quickly before vanishing, leaving Leon alone with GM’s belongings — including his laptop, which he didn’t even bother to close.
