I was not a huge fan of the finale. Or the season, for that matter.

I liked hannibal. Then I went off and watched True Detective, and it was better in every conceivable way, and after that I couldn't really get excited for hannibal anymore.

I'm in the process of watching True Detective now, pretty good so far.

And the Hannibal finale was brilliant, my only criticism is

I feel Abigail should have come in like an episode or two earlier. It felt too sudden

I will admit though I do love the fact that

Hannibal's psychologist was I'm assuming concluding with him the whole time, makes sense considering her story about the murder and the plane scene at the end made me gasp
