Role- Guardian (Employed to protect and patrol Mahora, especially the forested areas)

Appearance- Octavian has shoulder length messy dark brown hair and pale blue eyes. He has rather pale skin and his ears and tail are dark brown with white tips. He normally wears a leather outfit that was given to him by the headmaster of Mahora. It is form fitting and has a dark brown, green and grey mottled appearance, which acts as a sort of camouflage when he is in the forests. His outfit covers his neck, body, and legs, but leaves his wrists, hands, feet and head open and free. His body is very small for a boy, slim and light, however he has lithe muscles built up in his legs and arms from running on them like an animal all his life.

Personality- Octavian has a largely wild personality, and behaves much like an animal normally. He is prone to distrust others if he does not know them, and may even attack if he feels threatened. He has a fierce love for things that grow in nature, finding them beautiful to behold and he has a tendency to be rather protective of them as well, which is what earned him his occupation. He also adores music, and if he hears it, he will track down the source and listen quietly from out of sight. He is very intelligent, however, having the capacity for speech, though he rarely does. If he does speak to someone, it is either because what he has to say is of very great importance, or he has decided that that person is very important to him. He generally avoids contact with people, though he is also very curious about the mannerisms of others his age, and may decide to watch them now and again. In battle, he tends to fly into a feral sort of rage, attacking with his magic as well as biting and clawing. He is quick to judgments of people, and has a keen sense of justice coupled with an even keener sense of retribution. He does not believe in letting those who have wronged you go unpunished. He knows little of regular human life due to his upbringing. He has a habit of catching and eating small animals, though this is discouraged by the headmaster and the staff. Finally, Octavian possesses a singularly gifted memory. He remembers everything he sees and everyone he meets, though he rarely speaks of them. As such, at times he may react to situations in an entirely unpredictable manner, because he has equated the situation with experiences he had in his past and makes judgements based on them.

Biography- Octavian was born in Mundus Magicus, but shortly after his birth, his mother was killed while making a trip to Mundus Veretis. He was left orphaned and was taken in by a family of nobles to be a playmate for their daughter. The girl's name was Eloisse, and she cared for him greatly, and he her. However, Eloisse's father soon noticed their relationship and was repulsed. When Octavian was only 5 years old he was sold by Eloisse's father to a vile man who captured unique creatures like Octavian and trained them to fight one another. Octavian was beaten, starved, tortured and treated like an animal from the time he was 5 until he turned 12. By that point, he had become more animal than person, though he retained his hatred of the man and of the act of owning animals. When he was twelve, he inadvertently discovered a latent affinity for earth magic He accidentally escaped his cage by burrowing through the earth in his sleep and emerging on the other side of his cage. He promptly killed his former master and then ran away. He was found by a teacher at Mahora, having made a home for himself in their forest, and the headmaster granted him the role of Guardian. He grew to trust the Headmaster greatly and resides in the forests still.

Burrowing magic, essentially he is able to phase into the earth and run through it, emerging wherever he desires as quickly as if he had been running on land.

Equipment- Magical leather outfit that allows for ease of movement through the earth and also has been enhanced to be quite resilient to damage, acting as rather good armor.

Considering you said Neko I am guessing you are a hanyo? how are you hiding this fact? or are your ears and tail not protruding out?

Umm, well I've never really heard that term before, but if you say so. As for how he's hiding it, his messy hair generally hides his ears, though his tail is a bit conspicuous. Still, as I already said, he tends to spend most of his time hiding when he's in the populated area and otherwise stays in the forest. There might be some sort of rumor about a creature in the forests.

Umm, where exactly is the CS bin?

Also, I had a question about the physical classes that you outlined. I don't really see any spot for someone who would use a ranged weapon that isn't a typical gun. For example, bows, crossbows, slings or blowguns. Also, is there a class that might use more exotic type weapons such as a whip? These are just things I thought of when reading that. My character won't be using weapons, but I wanted to ask about it.

Personality-
Hayate is an easy going person. Doesn't let things bother him too much. But when he gets excited, brace yourself. His the type to just lay back and relax, when others are fighting or causing trouble. Not letting anything get to him. He does enjoy watching others. Of course when it's his own turn, either he will make things end quickly, or if he gets excited, he will keep going. Things that peak his interest, or fights that are enjoyable or that he finds interesting, start to make him excited. Hayate has incapacitated a whole room of people, just because he was excited over the challenge letter someone sent him. However, during the match, his excitement and interest fell, as there was nothing to the challenger, so it ended in a flash, and he went back to doing his own thing. That is the type of guy Hayate is.

He gets along well with people who approach him, mostly because the people who do approach him are actually interesting and the fact that they approach him usually means they aren't all that normal. Part of him is also quite eccentric, he brought a weapon he was interested in to school once. Well, things didn't turn out that well for .... anyone.

Biography-
Although Shinmei-ryu is taught to mostly the women, Hayate's interest in the sword art and his constant interruptions, led the family to allow him to learn. Although his interest was in the sword art, he first requested to learn the other arts, and non-sword combatant techniques first. The head family was curious as to why he wanted this, he explained, "If I first learn the sword, I will never learn the rest. That's they way I am." He knew himself, as he looked at them with a great smile. He was seven when he started. Members of the head family roared in laughter. They found Hayate to be interesting. Although he would still be part of the branch family, it was decided he will even learn the head family techniques. This was because, he would never stop interfering with the lessons of the head family teaching the main branch techniques, such as Zanmaken Ni-no-Tachi.

It was decided that he needed to learn more about the magical side of things, it seemed that he could master most of the techniques on his own. The main branch was surprised at his capabilities. He even had his own special variation on a couple of techniques which have now been integrated into the school. Hayate was tasked to learn the magical side of things at Mahora Academy. It seemed he actually had some talents for magic not just ki. And see if he could integrate it into the style. This had set off Hayate's interest and excitement. But since he was first to be enrolled as a normal student and find magicians, it wasn't going to be as easy as Hayate thought. Now he is a student at Mahora Academy. Trying to find out who could teach him magic, a first class magician to teach him.

Thought about making magic swordsman, then while looking at some information, remembered about the Shinmei-ryu
I believed it would of been interesting so yeah ^.^
Oh, by the way, I plan to integrate Magic swordsman stuff into Shinmei-ryu later in the RP, if it gets to that stage, if that's ok

Yeah no problem but you would have to involve the use of Ki rather than magic since you are more of a physical class than a spell caster class

Personality: Allen is an up beat and personable boy who loves nature and exploring. He also holds concepts such as camaraderie,loyalty ,perseverance and resourcefulness in high regard. This is do partly to his military upbringing. Allen also has a fondness of poetry and quotes, one of his favorites and the one he says before firing an arrow is "All my love for you. Take it now. Leave nothing in my heart. Fill me only with what I need to fight...." He is also heroic (or at least tries to be. ) believing in standing up for the little guy.

Biography : Allen was born into a military family and is the son of a captain of the U.S Army Rangers and thus had to move a lot. Eventually he landed at Japan and was enrolled in the Mahora Academy grade school. This is where he started to notice that all is not what it seems.. And that strange and powerful forces lurk in the abyss.

Abilities: Allen though not possessing magical abilities is still at the peak of human condition. (for a child. ) And is a skilled archer and combatant using CQC techniques to good use. He is also skilled in wilderness survival and has a talent for adapting to his surroundings. He is however not vary strong compared to magic and qi users instead relying on whit to keep him alive.

Equipment: A Bow that when not in use can collapse into a form small enough to fit inside a school bag and arrows which he sometimes coats in different plant toxins and a Bowie knife.
