Well, I thought it could be a certain village in a certain place. I know it's not "Forbidden". Just In that village. The only other option is to be locked up for life until you are old enough.

I did. What I'm Talking about is that this is a separate village, away from the rest with their own thoughts and beliefs. They thought that since the males are so rare, that they are not "Holy".

Like seriously read it. Those females give zero shits. I mean Zero. They breed with men so they survive, they just do not believe in gender role or the three goddesses. They only believe in the Sand goddess in, Thus the Spirit temple.
