Appearance: He averages at six feet two inches tall. Wearing a red hooded jacket usually with the hood up to obscure his face, dark blue skinny jeans and black Chuck Taylors with orange laces. He is a fair skinned man dirty blonde haired man, he has the Chaos Theory tattooed on his back and the Anarchy "A" on his right forearm, every tattoo he has is oriented to symbols of freedom and chaos. He wears finger and knuckle less black leather gloves on his hands at all times, pretty much purely for cosmetic appeal, no real purpose to them.

Power: Pyrokinesis amplified from the ability to manipulate kinetic energy in the form of heat.
Personality:Vincent has a love of combat, and making big bloody messes just for shits and giggles. He has no care for who he hurts, or who gets in his way. They both die anyway. He usually prefers just mindlessly killing whatever he wants. Mercy to him is death, or tossing them to someone else just to watch them die. His pleasure is the worlds pain. He loves brutal fights, and a crazy rave. As long as it's chaotic, he will enjoy it. Another note, if he is jamming at a rave, don't ruin his mojo, or he'll kill ya.
Biography: Vincent was always a chaotic person, even as a toddler anarchy was paradise. Always making messes, always being rowdy he seemed to just thrive in it all. It just fit him growing up the way he did in Manhattan. He did his best to live a normal life, trying to avoid the Conduit drama as it spread across the nation, even though his chaotic tendencies earned him a sleuth of criminal charges to his name. Usually he got off scott free as he was never placed at the scene of any riots he caused. Usually because he blends in so well with the rioting groups that he can sneak out just as quick to blend in with the innocents. If anyone knew Vincent well they knew his favorite hang out was in an old building east of the bridge that takes you to Queens from Manhattan.The shit hole was abandoned so he and his friends could do as they pleased, Usually they just made noise, that is, until Vincent was crushed by the ceiling above him. Since it was illegal to be in the building, his friends, being the cheap pussies they were, ran off and left him for dead.
Vincent was not truly dead though, he was kicking like a mule under all the rubble, and he dug himself out to investigators getting ready to remove the rubble. Two of them went to grab him, and Vincent started backing away, more so scrambling away as he hadn't gotten to rise yet. The closer they got, the more Vincent felt heat rise in him, then as they reached to grab him. He swatted them away. With a wave of fire. It took him a good three minutes to process that he made the now smoldering corpses before him. Any nearby people started screaming at him, calling him a freak and a monster. He roasted them too, he looked at his hands and willed the flames within him. He was better, better than all the bastards who picked on him throughout his entire life, better than his family, his friends who left him to die. All of them. They were weak, pathetic humans. He had evolved and now he would show them his true power and true beauty within the flames. This was all going on the day before he turned seventeen, even further infuriating him with the fact that his life was now over.
Now that Vincent found his new potential he has wandered the streets of the esteemed Big Apple, doing as he pleased when he pleased. Even learning Mixed Martial Arts to better help focus his flames. After a couple years, at age nineteen Vincent could channel his flames into his hands and feet, incorporating muay thai and boxing into one style. Making him a fast moving, hard hitting fighter. He also acquired a large machete that he can heat up with his power as to make it cut through victims with more ease than normal. Though sadly he usually ends up cauterizing whoever he burns, so there's never much blood, but he always gets his kills. Then, he sucks out the remaining body heat, in reality, Vincent can manipulate temperature, but he cannot freeze anyone, he can only raise it. Unfortunately again Vincent can only safely handle fire. This does not hinder him in the way of strength, he still has very great strengths with what he can use. Ever since the new discoveries, Vincent has gotten even more in tune with the power he has, so even more new tricks rise from the new knowledge.
Before hitting twenty one Vincent spent a year just being a party kid, just going clubbing and having his fun with the after party. Very rarely did he he hurt anyone, until D.U.P. came and tried arresting him for the murders he committed a couple years back, when he first evolved. The two men investigating the incident, they must have been someone special to them else they wouldn't have been looking as long as they probably did, so he dealt with the officers there, leaving them roasting, and dead. Then disappeared into the Big Apple's underground until he turned twenty three, when he saw these loser punks from Syndicate pop up. Then he returned in a legitimate blaze of glory. Killing a good thirty people on his return. He was gonna burn this city, the Syndicate and the cheap cowards who live under their rule. Today the Flames of Anarchy will cleanse them all!
Abilities:
Pyro Jet- Vincent's means of movement across the city. He can either use it to launch himself across distances, or he can use the raw force of the air and flames to cause a consistent stream of flight over long distances, though consistent flight is a heavy toll on his strength
Pyro Bullets- A "Bullet" made of fire that is fired from Vincent's palm, with increased focus can do more damage and pierce through targets
Fire Blast- a close range "flamethrower" move that is aimed toward covering his opponent in fore or scaring them off, getting hit by this usually induces panic in the target and leaves them more vulnerable to Vincent's attacks.
Pyro Rocket- A focused blast of fire that on contact causes a large explosion, also leaves behind a fire where it hit, this fire can be drained to refuel Vincen'ts powers after a Rocket is fired.
Heat Wave-a wave of pure heat that is non-lethal, but will stop most enemies dead in their tracks, and destroy most solid projectiles, furthermore it can move gases, but not disperse them or destroy them.
Phoenix Charge- He composes a massive amount of heat and fire and launches himself forward, if he makes contact it causes a concussive blast of heat to launch his target back. If he misses he will continue forward a little longer until he flips and lands. Ready to keep fighting.
Blazing Talons- He coats his limbs in fire, augmenting his fighting capabilities with a little more kick. Also Increases Phoenix Charge's effects if he makes contact.
Fire Bomb- A basic composition of fire and energy that when thrown causes a powerful explosion on contact, or if he wills it after a delay.
Sitcky Fire Bomb- a firebomb that adheres to the victim through an small whirlpool of air caused by energy manipulation before it is placed, this whirlpool though small has enough force to hold onto the target.
Orbital Bombardment- Vincent tosses several Fire Bombs into the air, and after a moment they fall randomly around him, this more of a fear tactic to induce panic in an opponent.
Fury's Wrath- One supercharged punch that has enough force for him to punch through most of the enemies he faced. That is followed by a series of detonations.
Flames of Anarchy- This is the meanest that Vincent can get. He unleashes all he has, raising the temperature of the area near him to ungodly numbers. and coating his entire body in fire. Though the flames are not able to burn his clothing or him due to a personal protection from the flames, anyone near him is gonna roast from the heat, or him.
Other: Vincent has a very hate filled motivation for destroying this city. So he will make few friends on this road that he wouldn't kill with a smile on his face. (Also if you need me to change anything just say so. I don't mind working Vincent over for the sake of a good role play, also added more abilities to ensure he has a "Basic" attack and means of moving around more efficiently.)
