«Battoujutsu»? lit. "The art of drawing one's sword. Battōjutsu (抜刀術 battō-jutsu?) ("the craft of drawing out the sword") is an old term for iaijutsu. Battōjutsu is often used interchangeably with the terms iaijutsu and battō.[1]

Generally, battōjutsu is practiced as a part of a classical ryū and is closely integrated with the tradition of kenjutsu and is practice with the live-blade, katana, often as simply the sole, kata.The training is for combative effectiveness, through factors such as distancing, timing and targeting. As such, battōjutsu is not intended for sportslike or "spiritual" purposes as are modern budo like iaido and kendo.

Unique skills will be awarded to people after the first few floors, I will PM people with this but they will not be able to use them until such time as I, or the other Co-GMs say so.

I'm solely choosing the unique skills simply because Suki will not have any unique skill and therefore I can be unbiased.

It's because battlejutisu is an old term for iaijutsu.

Actually, I give up. We're just moving in circles at this point. What's the difference between Iai in sword skills and Battoujutsu in unique skills in the end anyhow (barring the obvious)?

Lai is a One of the top techniques of Katana Skill, whereas battlejutsu is whatever I wrote above lol

So, a few things, if Lai is supposed to be a high level Katana skill, it shouldn't be used at the moment.
The site, I won't make changes to, till I am actually free of exams (Thursday)

Haven't seen SAO anime.
Any changes you have in mind, besides that?

How many days have passed in the RP?

Main theme rejected, too epic for beginning fights when everyone's still running around doing newb quests and no boss battles.

I plan to try do some jscript incorporating to make a page that's the Guidebook. Essentially you click and it flicks pages, and it will look cool and stuff. Just something I want to do
Also, thought maybe add a user system so people can edit their characters on the fly on the site.

At nightfall sounds sad. Then again, so does the song I picked.idk, something about that's... well, I guess I can add it and let people pick.

Okay, I have the three songs set up. And the last, was the thing about the suki and umichi page. Go to the the right bottom corner and there's a four line symbol, you can pick your songs with that. I may make a FAQ or help page for that.

Have at it, I haven't really done much or looked much at javascript or jquery or php, though I plan to eventually. (and I'm not so amazing I could code that. :P)

I don't think I can add in a user system with weebly, or do you mean you want to try? I'll see if it's possible.

It would be great if own day we can have an interactive website but I'm loving this one, and it works so long as we have RPG lol

I'm just at the eye doctor to get my contact looked at, but when I'm home I'm going to work on the third floor. I'd like to try and stay ahead lol

Also, we are not following the exact timeline as the series, so things will be a little bit different.
