Well, I based it off the personality you seemed to give her. I figured kindly person, garden, little shed maybe, a well maybe, because damned if she's going to have to wander off to find a pond or river for water and soups, maybe something else should be outside too, because it seems empty, how about a drying rack :P

Hm... I was also thinking of making some quests to have akane pay for her housing through errands, chores, and foraging/hunting quests.
