Hello! Thanks for taking a look at my little thread over here, I hope you see something that interests you!I guess before I lay out my plots, I'd like to take a second or two to go into what type of partner I'm looking for. These aren't really rules, just preferences and I promise that I'm really flexible and easy to get along with. Mostly, I just think of these as common courtesy. Anyway, here it goes:
Unfortunately Necessary Crap- Looking for a partner who plays both males and females, and doesn't just want to double for the sake of doubling. My males are stronger than my females, but that doesn't mean I don't ever want to play a girl, nor does it mean I won't let you play one if that's what you want to do. Just be fair about it.
- I'll do any combination of pairings: M/F, M/M, F/F, or possibly an OT3 if one of us doesn't mind playing the third person.
- I love to plot, so I'm really looking for someone who can add their own input to the story progression and throw in twists and turns. I feel like I'm not wanted or I'm being a bother when I'm the only one suggesting ideas.
- I honestly don't care if you give me one paragraph or ten as long as it moves things along and isn't a bunch of filler. Generally, I'll give what I'm given without exception.
- That being said, please know proper spelling and grammar. Mistakes are okay every once in a while, but I need to be able to figure out what you're saying.
- Bumping me is a good way to get yourself put last on my list of things to do. I've never liked it, and it just seems too pushy to me, something I'd never imagine myself doing to someone else. If, for some reason, it's been a few days and you think that I forgot you, PM me and I'll clear it right up. I do get busy from time to time, but I never deliberately ignore anyone.
- I do like angst, just putting that out there. I hope you like it too.
- I won't smut just because, there needs to be a reason behind it and it needs to fit into the plot.
- I won't smut with you at all if you're under the age of eighteen, but we can fade to black.
- I'd like your age to be at least seventeen, as I'm twenty-one myself and I just feel strange writing with anyone younger.
- Obviously, mature themes are okay with me. I don't mind blood and gore, senseless violence or anything really. So if you want to do something, just suggest it. The worst I could say is no.
- Thank you for reading my rules, you're lovely <3
And finally, onto:
Plots
Sweet boy meets wild girl at some place he wouldn't normally be. Wild girl thinks he's cute, even though he's shy and he's not the type of guy she normally likes, and sweet boy thinks the same thing and kind of judges her based on appearances. They end up talking and keep talking for the whole night, discovering that they don't have much in common, but nothing has ever felt so effortless for either of them. They start dating, and the girl suggest they drive across the country for a summer road trip where whatever we, as writers, would like to happen. We could either destroy them along the way and put them back together, or let them be happy and only give them bumps in the road.
This one really needs input from my partner as far as where the story goes and how it gets there. Please, please, tell me all of your ideas!
A singer meets an artist who makes them feel alive again. After moving to LA (or New York) to make it big, things hadn't gone so well for him/her and they were beginning to lose hope about their career.
I have a few ideas about how this could go, but it definitely needs some help in being filled out.
Two actors become close friends while filming a movie and end up having feelings for each other. The only problem with it is that one of them refuses to come out of the closet, thinking it will damage his career and prevent him from getting work. The story follows the ups and downs and eventual break down of their relationship where love is replaced with resentment and hurt feelings. We can decide to get them back together, or leave them be and of course, fill everything in between.
*because I'm a creep, I'd let this go the way of RPF for a certain duo that will remain nameless unless you're thinking about them too.
I literally have no plot worked out for this, but I want something dark and gritty that revolves around drug addiction. Plot with me!
I'd like to take the premise of the house and how it works and apply it to new characters--new ghosts, new people, new history and location. Instead of a family, I'd like to have the house be a sort of legend in a small town where some horrific murders had been committed and now it's sort of like a game for the local teenagers. They party there, try to see the ghost of so and so and usually leave without incident.
I'd like us to play both the group of ballsy kids and the ghosts, and ultimately decide whether they live to go home to their parents or die and suffer the same fate as the rest of the ghosts. This will require a lot of planning between us to create the history and the back-stories of each ghost already in the house.
If you've ever seen The Tudors, picture a king like Henry VIII and apply him to this character. For this, A king has just lost his wife due to a ye olde disease and his advisers inform him that he needs to take a new wife as soon as possible. He goes through entertaining women that are brought in from other countries for him before falling for one of the ladies in waiting that had serves his late wife. She's shy, knows what kind of man he is and doesn't want any part of him at first.
And so on, and so on, let's plot this out together!
