Gardevoir has been my favorite pokemon since Gen 3, so, I'm kind of attached to it xP
I miss my Shiny Ralts. It got lost along with my emerald version >_<

Ah well, I no one says Cerise can't eventually get one herself. She'll pester Yara about her Ralts though, because she does like psychic types.

Just going to bump in here and say that I feel my application could use a bit more cleaning up, but seeing as I've been awake for the past 24 hours, and probably won't be here to revise it how I feel fit, I'll leave it here.
Also, I'd like to say that Ostarion is TBKrunk and I's friend, and he said he didn't mind our characters being intertwined, just felt it was necessary to state that seeing as Ostarion fell asleep like a meanie weenie.

Bio:
Like his fellow triplets, Caesar was raised by a Team Rocket Grunt and a Team Rocket Scientist. He never actually sought their approval, like his brother Kael, but he became just as deceitful and cruel. He owes this to the fact that he inherited a lot of traits from their mother, such as her white hair, among other things. He grew quite the taste for some Pokémon, and has since decided that he wants to try a Snorlax. That is the only reason he follows his siblings along, they seem to find their way into all sorts of trouble involving Pokémon, and that usually means good eating, if he’s lucky.

Caesar obtained his first Aron, PAIN TRAIN, from a Pokéball that his brother Kael had stolen somewhere along the line, one of the only thefts by Kael. Caesar wasn’t entirely a dimwit focused on eating things; he picked a few skills up watching Kael. But the disappointment on his face when he realized it was a Steel Pokémon was only matched by the smug look on Kael’s face. To spite his brother, he trained the Aron, named it PAIN TRAIN, and used it to catch more Pokémon to eat.

The next Aron he obtained was found by PAIN TRAIN, whom had run off. Caesar, full of rage, chased PAIN TRAIN to another Aron. They were in a mountainous region, so it made sense for it to be here. But why keep one Aron, when you could have two? Especially since Kael already had one cool duo. Not being quite creative, Caesar blatantly copied him, except he left his Arons the same color, easier to confuse people, as long as they’re not observant.

Many people question him about his dual Arons, and he won’t lie to them. The only reason he keeps them around is “‘cause they’re steel, can’t bite through steel”. He usually ends it with a friendly chuckle, and gives another, fake answer. He’s not cruel to the Arons, in truth he treats them better than his siblings, but that’s because they help him get wild Pokémon.

Unlike his siblings, he does not have an agenda when it comes to Team Rocket. Instead, he just does whatever his siblings tell him to. To him there’s no right or wrong. One thing he learned from his parents, and his constant Pokémon hunting with his Arons, was that the weak deserve to be crushed. So it is with pleasure he helps his siblings with defeating a trainer, or doing this or that. They are his blood, after all. And as long as they don’t get in the way of his brutal hunting, he’s fine.

Thanks to being dragged along into a group, he has restricted his brutal hunting to the dead of night, a major disappointment for him, but at least it’s something. He usually has one of his siblings with him, for an alibi. But that wouldn’t do much if PAIN TRAIN or MAN O’ STEEL managed to ram their small steel heads into the ribcage of a wild Rattata, and someone heard it.

Caesar has a thing for Steel Pokémon, mostly because it’s hard to eat them.

We do have a lot of TR charries...We should get more regular trainers. The number is supposed to be even so both sides have a chance.

@Rune: Honestly, I'd rather not have too many copies of the same pokemon. Maybe one of you can have a Gallade and the other a Gardevoir.

Eglantine grew up in a poor miltank farm, where she was constantly unappreciative of what she had. She constantly asked for fancier dresses, almost driving her family to extreme poverty. Eventually, she grew tired of not getting what she wanted, and decided to join team rocket, where she could steal and grab her way to fortune, the only real way she knew how. Her main specialty is tricks, because she often tricked her parents into giving her their money. She proved her worth in tricks and theft to Team Rocket, and they gladly accepted her. To this day she tricks anyone she can get her hands on, and wears overly fancy outfits where ever she may go.

Twin is based off of my cat, a mentally impaired kitten who definitely has pica and possibly something else. Her entire litter has issues, so I assume that her quirks came from inbreeding. I love her anyway!

@Hawthorne: Uh, your pokemon is waaaay too high-leveled. Perhaps a level 20 Litwick? Our group is currently at Cerulean, the second badge city, so their levels are around 15-20 ish.

Scarlet was born to a young, inspired artist and her Grunt husband. Of course, her mother never approved of her father's work, but she rarely said anything about it and simply enjoyed the little time that he spent at home with his family. Scarlet barely knew her father, because he was either in jail or dealing in the black market in order to put food on the table and keep her and her mother happy. For all that she knew, her father was her knight in shining armor, because he was her mother's knight in shining armor. Because her mother loved him so much, she would oftentimes hide away in their small garage to paint with the help of her Smeargle, but that meant that Scarlet had all the time in the world to herself before her father came home at the end of the month. And whenever he did come home, he would often bring her gifts, probably not legal, but they were gifts all the same. Whether it was a bracelet make from Sharpedo's teeth or a stuffed Meowth toy, she loved it with all of her heart. But when he left, so did her mother, and she was left alone. Like most children, this began to take a toll on how she viewed the world and how little she began to speak. It wasn't obvious to her parents at first, but slowly and surely, she stopped speaking altogether.

Her parents began to worry about her health, and since she was sixteen at the time, they decided that she was in dire need of some company, so her father complied. On her seventeenth birthday, he brought her a small egg and told her to take care of it as if it were her own child. Now, Scarlet simply assumed that he didn't even know what kind of Pokemon that he brought back to her, but she hear a few weeks later that he had stolen it from one of the black markets in a far off city and was hospitalized due to the punishment that he received. Her mother grew distraught when he did not return for nearly two months and soon fell ill from her heartbreak. By then, the egg had finally hatched to reveal a female Absol, whom was promptly named "Amya" (midnight rain). Her mother took that as a sign that her father had died and they had not been completely notified, so her condition grew worse. That is when Scarlet promised her mother that she would do anything and everything in her power to bring him home to her before she completely faded away.
