As the trio walk along, Eclipse spies someone flying in. "Saeid, someone is coming toward us. Ah, it's that bandaged fellow with all the eyes. I hope he hasn't changed his mind about you."

The Governor sighs. "I get your meaning..." He says, his smooth voice giving way to the one filled with gravel. He stands, and nods, not willing to shake hands. "Anything else?" He asks. "Also, my emperor's orders go above yours. As, if our places were reduced, whoever trumps your authority trumps his, and such. I hope you understand that." With that, the Governor begins to walk out towards the front of the city.

With a blade leveled at Asura, Saeid grits his teeth.
As Asura caught up with the trio, he found the witch to be rather young, honestly looking closer to the likes of Liz in age. Her hair resembles a scorpion stinger, with how it is braided. Her eyes appear to be yin-yang symbols, one side pink, and the other purple. She sees him approaching, and ducks behind Saeid.
"...That explains a lot." She says, seeing what may be her death approaching.

"now, the negotiations on an updated contract can begin. we've begun to produce more as a people so the list of items available needs to be updated. Any goods you're willing to offer aside from the scientists sent to assist in our discoveries? they are very much appreciated by the way. these... computers? are quite beneficial to my work" the high general inquires, gesturing to the terminal before him while he was trying to remember the word

"We could offer military aid. Our troops may not match yours one to one, but, to be honest, our army outnumbers your population a good...twenty? No....thirty thousand to one. That's not including the Xeno legion." The governor says. "Although, many things we can't share...our biotechnology is..sacred in a sense. It'd be like selling our mothers." The Governor say...before leaning in. "..But...we may have something of interest to show you..and just you. A super weapon we've created. Code named..Tide bringer. It'll be ready in three years time...but I assure you, it will worth more than any sort of metal, crystal, or energy source." The Governor say, grinning.

"..Shaula." She says, from behind Saeid. "My sister managed to wake you up..just like she said. That explains why the dwma is in shambles......" She mutters to herself, before chuckling. Saeid looks at Asura, and his brow furrowed.
"What do you want. We're even, but if you see some reason to fight her, I'll kick your skull in." Saeid says, now calm, remembering the reason he was mad at Asura. Shaula laughs, loudly.
"My, if you're as strong as you are stupid, I'd be scared more of you.." Shaula says...only to have Saeid side step, causing her to duck back behind him. "..Point made smartass." She say, and Saeid couldn't help but crack a smile.

"ahh, you mean that ship? that would be interesting however, i personally would prefer simply assisting us with particularly abnormal technology that requires... how should i put this?... a more delicate touch?" the high general replies evenly as even the scientists and workers stationed there would have been stumped on the particular issues he'd been having and the clones would most likely already know what sorts of things he had to offer, or at least, the general gist of things
