Maka goes to say something, before her eyes dart over. Asura could sense it too...Shaula's soul flairing, as she casts magic. Maka darts out the door, one arm a blade, as she rushes to the foe.

"and who might they be?" the high general asks evenly, seeming to be growing towards the festive spirit surrounding him though he never seemed to be able to completely relax. The female however stands incredibly tall and would most likely require a specially made chair and was not easily dwarfed

"Who are you asking about?..Oh! You think the armor is the weapon? No, the man in the armor is the weapon. Say hello tide." The Governor says. "If your empire ever tries to betray us. I will break all of you." Tide growls, in a surprisingly bassy voice. The Governor sorta sweat drops. "Don't mind him....He had to deal with a little insurrection by a race of lighting manipulating warriors..the Og-lana or something like that. It's made him..weary, of our allies." The Governor says. "I think you're our greatest threat. That should honor you..." Tide says. "Tide, go get our friends here more food, will you?" The Governor asks. "I outrank you. Do it yourself, you lazy fool." Tide says, and the Governor stands up, looking annoyed. "...I'll be back with more food for you two." He says, as he leaves, and Tide just stands there, staring at the two generals.

When they arrive, Shula's hands have turned into stringers, and are being jabbed into Saeid's stomach. Slowly, the stingers pulse, and poison is injected into him by the gallon, soon the purple substance even pouring from his mouth.
"Sleep, now...when you awake, you'll be a puppet..." Shaula says, as Saeid crashes backwards, twitching, convulsing, and spazzing out in general.

Eclipse suddenly realizes what is going on and rushes over to the convulsing Saeid. "My Goddess! I turn my back for one moment. Saeid!" Eclipse threatens Saula to stay back from the poisoned human. "Back I say! This fight is over! What have you done to him?"

"He sought to kill me...I was only protecting myself. He'll live...his will will be my will, but he will live.." She says, putting focus on the fourth will for a sadistically comedic effect.

Frowning, Eclipse stands between them. "Iomedae, forgive me."

"you seem a bit too large for those clones... are you perhaps a mercenary?" the high general comments evenly, the female with him remaining quiet and eating at her meal slowly while the high general seems rather unimpressed with 'tide's' size

Getting on her knees, Shaula puts her hands behind her head.
"I, surrender. Go ahead, kill me. I won't fight back, mister holy...go ahead, put your sword to me....I wonder how long it will take to clean the blood off of your hands."

Eclipse looks saddened. His wings slump a bit. "I accept your surrender, and I will not harm you. It isn't my right to take your life. But please, stop this senseless fighting, both of you." Eclipse puts a hand gently on Saeid and boosts his will to resist the poison's control.

"I am the strongest of my kind. I'd break both of you, if I had to.." He says, as the Governor returns with a large plate of boar, Tide rips off one of the legs, and in his hand, it smolders, and catches fire, turning to ash. The Governor chuckles. "Don't worry. The Emperor has told him in person to not lay a finger on any of you. If he does, he's punishment is to be lobotomized...." The Governor says, as if it was a common thing. "...If I do fight them, I'm letting them kill me..." He says. Less showing fear of what the Governor would do, more showing he'd rather die in battle, then be caught.

"lobotomy is rather barbaric" the high general says evenly, massaging his temples as the sergals tended to shy away from things that stripped people of freedoms even if it was as a punishment. The female just nods, using a rib as a toothpick while she watches the festivities

Slowly, sitting up, Saeid's eyes begin to get a red tint to them. The two stab wounds on his chest sealed with clotted blood, he sits up, letting out an inhuman growl, as he stands. Soon, his blade in hand, Saeid stands, the sheer force on his body to resist causing veins in his eyes to pop, giving them a red, almost glowing look, as blood streamed like tears. He looks at Shaula, staring her down. "Aww, what's the matter? Mister big bad swordsman having trouble beating a young girl? My, if you ever had a daughter, she must of been a spo-" Shaula begins, and Saeid roars, doing a downwards swing. From where she was, Shaula couldn't dodge totally, only able to flop backwards, as his blade ended up cleaving off the lower half of her right calf.

Saeid's strike bounces off an invisible shield and doesn't strike the witch's leg. "Shaula! Saeid! Stop this! This ends, right now!" Eclipse was fuming. "There is NO need to kill each other here. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If you want to hurt each other so much, then strike at me instead." Eclipse flapped his wings behind him and stood tall, highly displeased. "Where is all this hatered coming from?"

"It's a last ditch effort for us....Although, I don't understand the fuss. It takes problems, and makes them useful to society..." The Governor says, grinning, as he takes a drink of wine.
"If it were up to me, for that, you'd be dead." Tide says, looking down at the governor. "And if it was up to me, there would be an explosive in your skull, in case you started having to many ideas like that." The Governor retorts. This, going a little to far, gets the Governor thrown from the seventy story window, the glass panel showing almost no resistance, as Tide chucks the man like a soft ball. A rather long scream can be heard, before a sickening splat, as chaos stirs below.
"..Tell me I wasn't the only one who wanted to do that..." Tide says, looking down, the glee in his voice very apparent.

The female raises her hand in agreement while the high governer just massages his temples and grumbles "i am surrounded by idiots..."

"Minx! MINX! MINX! MINX! MINX!" Saeid says, repeatedly slamming his blade against the shield, obviously going a bit nuts due to the poison, adrenaline, and the painful memories.

"You wish to join the governor, the window out is right there. If not, I'd close your mouth." Tide says, as he walks over to the elevator, and rides it down. The city enters anarchy, clone soldiers making sure to keep the panic as repressed as possible, and making sure the clones panicking don't reach the immigrant block at all, leaving them totally alone, and untouched. Soon, a large amount of ships enter orbit, one of them, the capital ship, dwarfing the other ships exceptionally..for it was several planets worth of metal huge. Beaming down to the city was the emperor, and Delta, who was sporting more bruises than normal. She was in a different get up, looking to be more like an elite troop, than a general. The Emperor first calms the populace, before heading up to the two generals and sitting down.
"You know that feeling when you're surrounded by morons?" He asks the high general he had spoke to before.
