History:
Akame grew up in the Land of Yuki Onna, a land that is located at the snow mountains of of the human world, commonly in Japan. For the 8 years she had stay in the snowy lands, along with her family she moved with them to the human world and stayed there for a few years. During her stay in the human world, she experienced different exhilarating emotions, the feelings that makes her contented, she was expressive compare to her current self, it was not until she reached 14 years old that she experienced falling in love, the last straw of her leaving the human world.

Overtime, she would avoid summer classes pertaining to hot weather in the scheduled calendar which makes it hard for her to cope up but make up for it in cramming sessions. Akame enjoys gaming, it is her leisure and most oftenly would go out with her friends in the arcade or malls, due to her game addiction, boys consider her to be an Otaku. She is able to maintain balanced grades except for Science, PE, and Advanced Math, her efforts only pay when cramming likewise she is lazy to do things and frowns when she gets told onto.

Personality:
One must note of the whimsical overly random antics and creepy, thrilling, frosty,cynical,stoic and spine chilling behavior of Akame. She's the type of person who may seem cold on the outside but fun once you get to know her, Akame portrays a keen personality which is overbearing unintentional comically serious and twisted likewise making it hard to understand her. Akame shows a somewhat lazy exterior by not wanting to be bothered, she barely speaks and when she has to speak, she speaks in a one liner sighing fashion. In spite of her random mind blogging attitude, she is a classic Kuudere whose very keen into playing all sorts of games and as a matter of fact she is a hardcore gamer and usually plays truant in classes.

She is insensitive and immodestly lewd, not showing any concern nor consideration of other people's feelings when perverted topics are addressed. Along with her dangerous curiosity, it gets a whole lot surprising, whatever that comes out of her mouth are frequently sarcastic and baiting which can be offensive, frequently she adds the word "hentai" to those who she considers a pervert. Akame is also very daring, she is very keen on making bets with other people and slyly a manipulative sneaky woman for fun sake. Like every other Yuki Onna, she is into romance and when attached to a male character, she will relentlessly cling and bother them and when rejected she becomes ballistically horrifying.

As a matter of fact, she is used to having people around her because of her random presence which makes it easier for her to have friends though she may not consider the person as a friend, she sees one to be reliable.

Habits and Quirks:
Lollipop sucking is common to the Yuki Onna and just like them, Akame does it to keep herself cool. She is also overly random and does whatever she pleases to her own satisfactory in other words pulling pranks are the most prominent habit,followed by frightening people out of boredom. It is not surprising that she likes reading perverted magazines or books but it becomes surprising that she is afraid of horror movies, octopus, squid and ghosts.

She doesn't have to do anything, when she wants to do something she does it quick, that's her motto. Heavily dislikes heat related objects and fire type demons/youkai. Like every other teen she sees exams as a trouble and the one subject she is bad at is anything Science related and PE, she always ditches PE classes and other classes. Men are also a problem, she doesn't like men who are forceful.

Powers:
Yuki-Onna are cryokinetic beings, meaning that they have absolute control over ice and snow.While not physically strong, Akame due to her unpredictable mindset takes the cake to her advantage and it even gets better because of her stalking sessions, intel is guaranteed. She is a ranged fighter who fights on mid to long range combat by launching icy projectiles.

Ice powers, all Yuki Onna have this, the following powers she have are:
Ice Clones
Icy Weapons
Icy Breath, a signature move based on Yuki Onna mythos.

Weaknesses:
Like other ice based creatures, Yuki-Onna are afraid of heat and fire. Heat also weakens their abilities, though they are still able to use them. As a Yuki Onna, Akame is prone to becoming emotionally unstable if her "love" is taken from her.

Others:
Whether or not she is considered a delinquent(more like a flaker), Akame seems to be the person to consult with, matters like bailing you out, pulling a prank, get what you want, and all sorts of stuff like that but there's need to be a deal and something in return, her services aren't free.

I have made some edits to mine, and he has an appearance as well !

Also, in the manga, Kurumu uses her dream diving tail power on moka, which wouldn stand to debunk the notion of that one at least, only working on the opposite gender. Safe to assume that charming though , would work on only those who are attracted to that gender. ie, if attracted to men, then incubi.

Name: Elizabeth "Ellie" Blake

Appearance: Being a shapeshifter, Ellie rarely stays in the exact same form for long and almost always changes something every day. When she has to live among humans though, she normally stands at about 5'4" with rather fair features. She purposely tries to make herself look as average as possible, not wanting anybody to acknowledge her for long. Yet in a place she feels relatively safe, such as the school, she has a habit of changing her appearance multiple times in a day... one minute having plain brown hair, the next bleached blonde and maybe, if she's feeling adventurous, hot pink an hour later.. The only thing about her that could make her stand out in the slightest, would be her eyes... One a bright yellow-gold which seems to glow... the other a misty grey that looks to swirl and twist with every beat of her heart.

History: Ellie never knew her father... But she knew that he was the one to blame for her issues... Her mother never talked about him much and all Ellie knew was that she was the result of a much regretted one night stand years ago. Her mother had never been able to hold a job for long and they were constantly moving from town to town and state to state.

Her mother had been a regular human, which meant that her abilities came from her father's blood... And that would explain her mother's reaction when she stumbled into Ellie's room as she was staring down at her arms which were quickly beginning to shrink, thick orange hair rushing up along them as the girl began shrinking. Her face was twisted with emotions of both fascination and fear as she looked up at her mother and released a strained, "Mrowl" as her face scrunched up into a feline muzzle... which elicited a terror filled screech from her mother.

And less than a week later... Ellie was on her own... She didn't know what to do... where to go... how to survive... But she learned... she figured out... In the end, she found a way.

After that she just wandered aimlessly as she learned more about her powers... She visited nearly every state along the east coast of the US and up into Canada... moving as a stray dog along the street stealing food here and there to keep herself fed... Or traveling as a bird to cover ground... With no true goals, she felt the need to set one. She decided that she would just travel the world, seeing whatever she could to make her life interesting and worth living... So after two years of roaming through canada, she got the idea to go across the sea... Nobody seemed to notice the mouse stowing away in the kitchen, hiding out under one of the loose counters at night... Nor did the other members of the cruise realize that so many of the young women on the ship shared the same strange eyes... And upon reaching England, only a handful of women noticed they were missing clothes...

Slowly, she made her way across the continent... going out of her way to see as many different species of animals as she could... Lions... Tigers... Bears... Oh my did she learn... and with every new location, her respect for the world and the creatures living in it grew... But... no matter where she went... She felt unwanted... No wolf pack would accept her.... No pride would allow her in their territory... Although she repressed it well... She knew that she was alone and it hurt...

So... when she made it onto Japanese soil... and learned about a certain school full of monsters... She felt a small spark of hope, and set off to try finding a place she belonged...

Personality: Silent and awkward around humans and humanoids. She has difficulty initiating conversation with new people, tending to freeze like a deer in headlights if approached out of the blue. Yet her true nature shows when she comes in contact with any kind of animal... It doesn't matter what kind, but she has a natural affinity for animals.

Habits and Quirks: Being in a form for too long can make her irritable and uncomfortable, causing her to fidget constantly.

Her closet is full of mismatched sizes. No two uniforms have the exact same proportions, and she makes up for the school uniform's lack of variety by changing HERSELF instead.

Power: Shapeshifting: She is able to alter her form at will into any living creature she has personally come in contact with, meaning that she has to have actually seen it rather than read about it in a book or been told about it.

She can partially transform her human form (Such as making her hands claws, making her ears/nose more sensitive... etc.etc.) but it is difficult for her to maintain the changes for long, and if she changes too much she'll lose control of it and change completely (If she tries to grow wings to fly her body would be too heavy, so she has to change her bone structure as well... but growing wings, and changing her bones would be too much to focus on while trying to keep her human form, so she'd lose grip on the human and become a full bird)

Weaknesses: If she isn't an animal, she can barely do anything. As a human she is horribly awkward and even sometimes clumsy as she seems to fight with her own body most of the time.

Although the pain can be dulled, injuries follow her through whatever form she takes.

Her clothes do not change with her, (Save for her undergarments as this is supposed to be PG-13 -insert excuse about them being special... made of fur or something... -) which can raise suspicion if found shortly after changing back to human form.

I feel like I did a crap job on this and I'm sorry for that... The appearance was a bit difficult to do since the character is supposed to never stay the same form for long... and when she did she tries to be as absolutely generic as possible so she isn't found out... and I was having trouble explaining shapeshifting >.<

Alright on the appearance I'll make you a proper deal: She can change forms whenever she likes but for most of her classes she needs to stay in one specific guise. Just pick something if that's not enough just ignore that part and just get whatever anime appearance you desire. If you want an idea from me just use the girl from It's not my fault I'm not popular as she's relatively average looking in the grand world of anime.

The reason for the above is because you can't exactly remember who a student is if she is constantly shape shifting.

Personality could be a bit larger but the history makes up for it in size.

Some separation with some lines could be nice like this. But that's up to you.
