Kel was walking through the halls with a large sand bag hanging over his shoulder, it was about six feet long and weighted one hundred and fifty pounds. He ended up passing the room Roxy was cleaning and he dawned his sly smile. "Hey sweet heart mind if I take this up to the roof?" He said as he entered the room.

"Why on Earth would you want to carry a badg of sand to the roof? What are you going to do with it?" Roxy asked as she paused her work. She looked at him with a very confused expression on her face.

"It's my punching bag." Kel said as he dropped the bag to the floor with a loud thud. "And I thought no one would want to hear grunts and pounding sounds coming from the basement, they might get the wrong idea."

"I Believe the top floor has been claimed. So it depends on if you can get to the roof without intruding on the Fae's space." Roxy told him before turning he attention back to her work.

[Saarebas]

"You can claim a whole floor to yourself? Damn I should stop being so nice." Kel said with a smirk. He then walked over to Roxy. "Need some help beautiful?"

"The Fea can pretty much do whatever they want to do." Roxy told him as worked. She looked at him sharply when he offered to help her. "Why would you do that?"

Kel smirked and raised a brow. "I can't be nice to my new land lord?" He asked as he crossed his arms.

[KatherinWinter]

"No one is nice without a reason." Roxy replied with a glare. She set her scrub brush aside so that her hands would be free. "You want something. So either tell me what it is or go bother someone else."

[Saarebas]

"Well you are giving me a place to stay where I do not worry about being rained on or going to sleep around the wrong type of people." Kel said with his usual crooked smile. "No need to be so suspicious sweet heart."

[KatherinWinter]

"Either your an idiot, you haven't been on the streets long, or your powerful enough not to have to worry about that kind of stuff. I have learned to be suspicious of everyone. No one is nice without a reason. And usually their reasons are usually the kind that hurt others."

[Saarebas]

Kel rolled his eyes. "Ten years sweet cheeks. I've seen the all the scum the streets have to offer, doesn't mean I'm going to stop being nice." Kel said rather flatly. "Though I could start being a jackass if you want. Well more of one away."

Roxy shook her head. Maybe it was different for men. Maybe he was powerful enough not to have to worry about his own safety. "If you want to help I wont stop you. I have more work then I can handle. Just stay out of my space."

[Saarebas]

"You need to lighten up beautiful and learn that not every guy is some jackass trying to get something." Kel said with a smirk as he looked around the room. "Are we doing this the normal way or shall we do it the fun way?"

"What are you talking about?" Roxy asked. "There is only on way to do it."

[Saarebas]

"Hello sweet cheeks we have powers. This kind of stuff tends to be pretty easy."

[KatherinWinter]

"I have yet to find a way to use the shadows to make a place cleaner." Roxy replied sarcastically. "I can hid the dirt but that really doesn't accomplish much."

[Saarebas]

"You have to be a bit creative about this stuff beautiful." Kel said as he held out his hand and sand started to pour onto the floor. "I use to think like you but I started playing with my power and I learned a few tricks." As he said that the sand that fell on the started to swirl until it formed a miniature dust devil. "And this is one of them." The dust devil started to serge around the room collecting whatever trash it passed. After a few moments the dust devil made it's way to the center of the room and dies, leaving the trash in one pile.

Roxy gave him a golf clap and smiled sarcastically. "Good for you now how does that help with the scrubbing and the painting?"

[Saarebas]

"I could sand blast the room if you want, though if I do that you might end up missing some skin." Kel said with a shrug as he picked up a brush. "Or we can do the whole cleaning montage like they do in all those fill good movies."

"Wont be the first time." Roxy said beneath her breath before returning her attention to the floor. She wished there was an easier way to accomplish her goal, but she wasn't going to ask him to go blast some other room.
