Well, I want to vote, cause the choice we have is either a somewhat hard-line Muslim pair with LODESOFMONEH or a moderate pair with decent track record in managing the province I live in and being a vice president 5 years ago.

Eat and rest until the election's over and the riot starts. There's already tales of money politics brewing today with people trading their votes for money and food for the fasting period, which is highly hypocritical in my opinion as fasting is done as a spiritual habit to cut oneself off the worldly evils.

Yeah, that doesn't make sense to me. Why be part of a religion that observes a period of fasting if you end up breaking it when the month barely starts?

No, they eat the food and use the money during the end of the day's fasting period. It's just that the way they acquire them (lying to get something) is hypocritical.
