Sure alternating night by night sounds like a good idea to me. ^^ And thanks to keeping track of the deaths, I'll be sure to keep an eye out for it and try to make a list to, to help. Haha. I will also be working on a very loose timeline to post in our CS tab too, so we know what's been going on and then what's to come~

No problem and that sounds great c: Thanks for doing that.

I hope you're not upset with me/my slowness. I really am going to get back on my schedule.

It's cool, I know we've been trying to get it together eventually and it'll be cool to see all of the epic events. XD

It's fine, I know things have been a little tough for you and I don't want you to push yourself. I'm happy to have a post and when things can pick back up again but like we say, health and rl come first and we're both pretty mellow which I think helps. I did end up seeing a preview for Mockingjay Part 2 when I was at the movie last night and I can say, I'm very happy with what we're doing compared to the books. If only we could make millions...

It will! I never knew where to start with it or what was important enough to include. It's kind of an overwhelming task when you think about it and all of the other stuff that we've plotted ahead of time.

This flare is just like, ugh. It's a nightmare and the hot weather really isn't helping matters. So, because I'm in constant pain and taking my pain meds, my mood has pretty much plummeted and it's just one thing after another. I still haven't seen Part 1, but I'm glad to hear that we're doing it better, haha. Did they change what happened in the books?

A lot has happened but if I leave anything, just remind me and I'll add it. I don't think I wanna try adding specifics like days of the week but I will try to say how much time has passed when I'm doing the timeline.

I'm really sorry it got so bad for you. Not to mention heat makes things worse for your pain. I hope the meds aren't too much trouble. I know some can give even worse side effects for some people. I take meds for thyroid and that makes my blood pressure rise so of course I need new meds for that. The human body is complex as fuck, man. I still think Part 1 was good, it wasn't amazing but it was good enough. They kept Effie around this time (unless she was in 13 in the book because I forgot then lol). Part 2 didn't look like it would focus on Peeta being brainwashed but I hope it does because I don't want the whole movie to be able them advancing on the Capitol. ^^;

Needless to say I'm watching Part 2 after I see another movie but I already knows our is pretty fucking awesome and we give our characters the development they deserve.

Oh, I don't blame you. I don't think we've mentioned a day of the week anyway, so don't worry about that. As long as we have a general idea of what's happened, it's all good.

It's fine. I think I'll have to suck it up and make a doctor's appointment soon because this is lasting longer than I thought it would. The human body is just rude when it doesn't work right. I don't remember where Effie was, tbh. I feel like I should go back and read the series again, but ours is already different from the books. Regardless, I'm happy with what we've done and everything we've planned for the future. My interest/hype hasn't waned on this at all, it's just my body giving me problems.

Got it, I'll try to get a timeline up tonight!

You should see a doctor, I know sometimes they don't help and insurance can be iffy but I'd be worried if you tried to wait it out much longer. Doctors know so much but sometimes it seems like they don't, very funny IMO. I wanna re-read the books too but I know I'll be a bit let down by it. Though it's nice to revisit books when enough time passes. I'm very interested to see how our plans go, we've done a lot so far and I feel like we've lot plenty left to tell too~

There's no rush at all <3

It's not my insurance that I'm worried about. I just don't want to admit that something is seriously wrong with me and end up on infusions or shots, or other medicines that could give me cancer. I don't like to go to the doctor anyway, so that's another thing. But yeah, Idk if the series has any re-read value, but I've also never re-read books just for the hell of it. I'll watch a movie a million times, but reading something that I've read before it just sort of boring for me. I know other people like it though and say there's always new stuff to discover about books.

I'm also very interested to see where we can go c: and I'm ready to start weeding out some of these other tributes, haha.

I know, it's a tall order but the sooner I get going, the easier it'll be to collect/report.

If there is something wrong, it's better to know now than to push it off and just think the worse or try to avoid it. It's probably nothing bad but it's still better for you to check it out now and get better, than to trust the body to do its job. ^^; Some books have some re-read value but they're hard to come by. At least HP for me has good re-read value since you can pick up any hints you missed the last time you read it.

The kill count can only go higher after the first day, or else the game makers aren't doing their jobs. *wags finger*

That's very true. Still, feel free to take your time.

It's RA, haha. I know what it is, I just don't want to be told how much worse it's gotten. Eventually, I'll buckle down and be a good patient but I'm still trying to do things on my own. Chronic illness isn't something I would wish on anyone, tbh. And that's true about HP. I keep trying to get back into roleplaying in the fandom but it's just not happening for some reason.

Hah, I thought it was kind of low for the first day but then again, we have six more to get through, so? I can always go back and add some, or we can have a particularly bloody night/day two.

Okay, thanks~

It's not easy being a good patient sometimes, not if you're getting fed up with things and tests and the like. When you go though, let me know and I'll send you some good vibes. HP RPs can be tricky, everyone has their own vision and sometimes it's hard to carry it through. Even so, I can see HP surviving time more so than Hunger Games or Divergent, etc.

We could have something happen tonight but with everyone adjusting to the Games, day two should have people more "comfortable" in a way with how things work. And when they get used to things, it either helps or...it gets them killed, often the latter lol

I need all the good vibes, tbh. Send me them so my joints can't stop being so rickety. But yeah, I agree. I've actually never finished the first Divergent book. Did you read them all?

Lmao. All these deaths. Whatever helps cut the number down is fine with me. I don't mind getting creative. Maybe Katniss's traps can kill people too, haha.

I read the first book, had no desire to read anymore than that tbh. Have you read The Maze Runner series? I was thinking about reading about them but I'm not expecting anything different from the typical YA themes. And nooo, your joints need to be working with you, otherwise you'll have to become a robot. That'll teach em.

I know we mentioned doing something with bugs. I have a feeling those may take some people down if some Tributes are being cautious. *shudders*

What didn't you like about it? I know a lot of people seem to like the movies, but what's her face does nothing for me as an actress. And no, I haven't. I was going to watch the movie because that cute guy from Teen Wolf (which I don't watch) is in it, and so is the girl who played Effie on Skins. I heard the books were a lot better, though and there were big things about the plot that were left out.

/becomes a robot

we did. We mentioned a lot of scary stuff, tbh. Centipedes, maybe?

What I didn't like about Divergent? The book was okay, but none of the characters connected with me and the ones who did were very minor. And in the book the shipping wasn't as annoying as in the film, which of course Hollywood has to shove in everyone's face. I just thought the main girl...who changes her name to Tris if I recall...is kind of flat but totally special and badass. The idea that there were more books didn't excite me at all, but if I'm on a road trip, I may give them a chance. As far as TMR goes, I think they changed the movie from the book which I think is nice since I'd give both a shot before I went back to Divergent. I may try the movies first before I want to invent reading time into it but we'll see. I still wanna check out Wayward Pines. How did you like the tv's finale?

Hopefully you're not asked to upgrade constantly and reboot.

Yeah centipedes, spiders, maybe a bit bigger for scary effect?

EDIT - Sleep is calling my name. I have half the post done but it'll get done when I log on tomorrow~ I should be free for most of the afternoon though. ^^

I think YA novels do a lot of transparent, boring characters so that readers can get into them easier and imagine themselves as the special bad ass who saves the day and gets the hot dude of their dreams. Divergent just didn't do much for me, so I'm glad to hear that I wasn't the only one. I've heard good things about Maze Runner, so if you read it, let me know how it goes. And ugh, the Wayward Pines finale made me really mad. The book's ending was kind of vague and dumb but the last fifteen minutes of a really good mini-series was just horrible. If you watch it, I recommend skipping the end.

Omg, speaking of that. Have you upgraded to Windows 10?

Bigger is better! I think we mentioned cave spiders at one point? I'd be pretty cool to make them flesh-eating.

And okay! Sorry I got dragged off on a phone call but I don't have anything to do tomorrow so I'll probably get you something after you post.

You're not missing much on Divergent. I wanted to like the direction it went in but it just wasn't interesting enough, even by YA standards. I keep putting off Maze Runner's film but I may sit down and watch it this week, I think my friend my have the books I can burrow, if anything I know I want to at least check out the second movie since it has someone from GoT in it. I'm sorry to hear the end didn't do much for you, maybe you can find some fanfics that do it better.

Not yet, I'm waiting since I know it'll be a little buggy and I'm only upgrading when I know my PC games will work on the new system. Have you?

I'm sure our bugs can be super vicious with a ton of tricks to torture people. ^^

Alright, I should be about finished soon. Gattaca is on but it shouldn't distract me too much. *laughs and then cries*

Same. I also wanted to like the direction it was going but it just fell flat for me. I think I'm just too old for some YA concepts, haha. If you check it out, let me know how you like it. It seems interesting enough but something always stops me from getting into a new series. I haven't checked out any fics for Pines. I didn't think it was popular enough for that, but I'll have a look around.

I haven't either. I'm worried the Sims isn't going to work on it and since I've yet to encounter anyone else who's updated, I've been wary to try it out. I'll probably wait a month or two since the free upgrade is good for a year.

Whatever works as long as there's blood and guts >:D

I've never seen that >__> But take your time! I've got some other things to do that I'm currently ignoring for The Shining.

I feel like they had a good foundation, like a Hunger Games meets The Giver sort of thing...but then it just went into a cliche route. I know The Maze Runner was pretty popular (at least I heard about it unlike Divergent, before) so I'll see how it goes. Like THG, I had to like the movie before investing in the books haha. I think I saw someone on here looking for a Wayward Pines RP but they didn't seem to be a good enough writer to pass along to you ^^;

Waiting is probably for the best. I don't care about a new system as much as I care about things working, I can get used to a new format or layout.

Plenty of guts and blood, bones breaking and horrifying screamin'

Really? You should. It's old by today's standards but it's a very thoughtful sci-fi movie. It's got murder, buying someone's genetics to be able to explore space, sibling rivalry and a cool setting/plot overall. We had to watch it for school but I'm pretty glad they made us. The Shining is good, I do prefer the book but the movie was pretty well done. Though with Stephen King, his stuff is more miss than hit, with me sadly. I wish I knew why lol Have you read any of his stuff?

I got caught up in all the hype for THG, so I went and read the first book before I'd let myself see the movie. I'm glad I did, even though the movies are pretty well done. I would have liked to see Peeta's disability kept in the movie version, though, but I guess there's a lot to include so some stuff had to be cut. Oh, really? That surprises me. Wayward Pines has such a fun concept, so I'm glad other people are into it.

Right, same. I don't hate Windows 8 the way other people do and it works fine for me as an OS since I literally just RP, watch movies and play the Sims on this laptop. My keyboard has suffered greatly tho, lol. Almost all of the letters are rubbed off.

-cackles- yesss. Make them suffer!

Hm, I'll have to check it out then c: Is it on Netflix or would I have to stream it from somewhere? I haven't read any of his books but I've read a lot of his short stories. I had an English teacher who really liked his stuff so we always had to read/analyze, and then do the whole question and answer thing. I like all of the movies based off his books though, haha. What would you recommend?
