For IC reasons, Prussia does not see its intervention as meriting discussion, so someone else should start it.

We recognize the Treaty of London and Belgium's independence, including its sovereign rule over Flanders.

The German Confederation recovered Alsace-Lorraine through diplomacy and Holstein as part of a provision in the Treaty of Constantinople that allowed Prussia to use military force. Invading Belgium is just warmongering.

And in the case that you recognize the invasion of Belgium as 'warmongering', would it then not be Prussia's responsibility to intervene and mediate the conflict? I suspect that your problem is with the nature of their mediation, in which case you should be upset that the Treaty of Constantinople, which you signed, did not specify what precisely the neutral mediators responsibilities were.

In either case, I have the utmost confidence that the ToC signatories will accept Prussia's decision on how to arbitrate the newest conflict in Northern Europe.

Perhaps that should be clarified to the Netherlands, who appears to believe that Belgium is some kind of French province. OE was merely responding on a level understandable to the Netherlands.

I referred to the Belgian ruling class as Frenchmen, because they're closely political and socially connected to France, were put into their position at the top of Belgian society as a result of French intervention, and are Francophone.

I did not refer to Belgium as a French province, like you did.
