Also, on the matter of this war and the possibilities of World War and the weight that would fall on Outcast's shoulders along with it,

Is the possiblity of a Co-GM open? Not for me, I almost don't post but for someone else. If possible, a neutral party.

It's clear that with a shitload of orders coming in, rolling and writing is a lengthy process and I wonder if Outcast is alright with handling it on his own. Without taking into account the stats, which are one of the most complicated things in this RP, I assume.

Edit: Also, when I refer to neutral party I mean someone who isn't playing.
