Edit: Venezuela, Equador, Peru, Uruguay all joined. Chile joined but was pretty reluctant. Paraguay and Bolivia did not join.

Yup. The God of Rolling that watches over this RP seems to really be against people doing that. A few others have tried and it always fails.

That update wasn't as crazy as I thought it'd be. I'm surprised the Confederacy still has some bite. I was expecting the Union to hit them pretty hard this update.
