Is it fair to discredit it based on spelling and the misuse of Roman numerals though? I mean, no one here is a professional, and there's even a few people who aren't native English speakers. Is it fair to use their inability to write in perfect English against them? I don't think it would be. That it wouldn't have a verifiable signature is a good and fair point, but disregarding it IC because the spelling isn't perfect (or the numerals)? That seems a bit unfair, especially to non-native English speakers trying to play the game.
