Outcast said Orders are due every Wednesday with the update posted on Saturday, unless I say otherwise.

I only just received all orders today, and I've only finished writing the update for Europe so far. Plus, as I said earlier, I have some hefty travelling to do. Won't be for a couple of days or so.

@Outcast, would you mind clarifying something about reserves? Are reserves automatically changed into conscripts upon declaration of war? Or does that take an order?

Also, how do I determine where those Conscripts come from?

For example, if you do the rolls and just give a basic summary about what happened, then someone else could write those little news snippets per event. That way, someone could help you and remain neutral since they don't make the decisions. They only write the story.

I think the best way to help Outcast at this stage is to NOT keep bombarding him with questions which aren't absolutely vital and which can't be answered by other players. I was getting overwhelmed by the amount of questions directed at Outcast OOC alone (so not including PMs) and I don't have to answer them!

Also, the point of the long gap between updates is not only to give the GM a chance to write up a decent update, but also so that players can do stuff ICly without rush. Everyone at the Constantinople Conference definitely doesn't want an update today or soon, there's still a lot of IC stuff that's going to happen before update, just you wait...*ominous music*

Edit: This is a question for anyone to answer though it might need outcast; I know it says declarations of war are final and that a peace treaty is the only way to end that. However, does that still apply if the other nation has not declared war against you?

I'm pretty sure that it is definitely final. Anything you post ICly in the first place is supposed to be final with no changes as well.

Yea, it is assumed that the defending state is in a state of war as well. Example, six days war. There was no declaration of war, but a treaty was still needed.
