Lol, I am surprised Greece finds time to express an opinion on problems a world away.

What else can Greece be doing?
Sending themselves into massive debt thats what.

Is "Poor" like a level and then the X/5 is stages in that before you go up to "Average"?

Yup.

@duck; I can't vouch for Outlast, but Outcast, unfortunately, does not. The Vic map is simply a very easy medium to use for WiRs.

Your king is not Greek, and is politically unpopular. Perhaps settling a turbulent domestic situation?

I edited my orders by the way Outcast
Because I did not see that popularity rating till now.

Also I have different orders then what I posted, it just that I didnt feel like writing every order.
Plus I want to keep my plans secret

@Aegon; failing, poor, average, good, excellent. We may see a few nations in the 'good' category within a few updates, but I doubt too many will reach 'excellent'.

@Rare; situations often change behind the scenes, and I don't want people editing their IC posts, so double posting is allowed, but no triple posting. Otherwise, there is no limit to how many IC posts you can make between updates.

No. Orders get sent to me, and I post the results in an update once a week.

@Outcast, what flag should I use for the CSA? Stars and Bars? Battle Flag (iconic 'X' shape)?

Uh
Lincoln never wanted to remove slavery. The republicans and Lincoln said they just didnt want it spreading to the territories, they wouldnt however mess with it where it wasn't implanted.

It wasn't till much later in the war that was his goal, and even then the slave holding states that stayed with the Union were immune to the Emancipation Proclamation

But the South seceded believing that it would eventually lead to them losing slavery, so that whole talk shall stay. If someone believes something is true, they're going to talk as if it is true:D

Also, I hope you don't mind that I date my stuff.........

EDIT: Dang... I just realized I also have three war orders I need to fill out... @Outcast, does my declaring the absolute neutrality of Kentucky need to use up any order? Because I imagined that to be more in the ways of diplomacy...

@Aegon; it's diplomacy. You aren't taking any action, only saying you recognise its neutrality. Plus, Kentucky is still in the Union, so under Byrd Man's control, whether you use an order or not.
