@ Thorgili; the reserves stat was only the total number of people you could enlist in the military. It wasn't people who were already in it. It seemed like an unnecessary statistic so I got rid of it.

It was impossible for it to have happened in the first place. Victoria couldn't have done any of the things that she did without the consent of Parliament.
