The Republic of Great Britain sounds good to me. I am curious as to the status of who owns what locations and such so far. How much strength do the marxists have? Etc. I assume that only my first order was successful then because of the rebellion?

Edit: I know the Marxists are essentially communists/socialist because of class tension, but does anyone have any idea where I can get more knowledge of the British Marxists during this time period? Google was not being helpful. I'm just curious as to how much strength/political wants of this rebellion has.

Oh I imagine once the stats are up we will see more of a consequence. I'm really eager to see how this rebellion thing is going to go down. Cannot just order the army in to subdue them really...

Was kind of thinking the same thing, rofl. A revolt like that would probably make some of the colonies go crazy and the economy is probably not doing so well.

They have been losing power since 1857. Yes, but it wasn't until the 70's that they lost practically all their power. So, they're a serious contender. Maybe the Crown can reinstate them as a governing body to help consolidate their power?

I am seriously wondering: if a communist revolution were to happen in Britain and given the Paris commune, wouldn't communism gain a lot more traction in the earlier years (at least in Europe) even before the Bolsheviks started in Russia?
