I'm vetoing Russia's DoW on Persia. Lack of build-up and a shoddy reason (POWs in Persia? Persia lost the last Russo-Persian war), not to mention clearly disregarding rules 3 and 7.

Meh. The British defeated the Indians just a few years ago, did they not? Really, the biggest thing to worry about for Britain is that another empire slips into India while the focus is on the home countries. Colonial revolts need to be dealt with quickly and brutally.

Well... if Russia didn't come up with a decent casus belli, then I think the international community would do something about it tbh.

Italy and Austria need to sort out Veneto. I was told it wasn't going ahead. Transfer of Quebec won't occur until next update.

Veneto hasn't changed hands yet. I figured it didn't make sense to hand away territory while simultaneously threatening Denmark with war. I hoped Denmark would have answered before the end of the turn and then Italy and I conclude out business, but that didn't happen.

South Tyrol is not included, no.
