Delilah crept out of her room with a pillow, the pillowcase was full of odd items. She wasn't sure of what she planned to do, but with her messed up head, it could be anything. She made her way up stairs, through corridors and hallways. Soon she ended up in an old room, possibly a lounge. It was far away from the others, and so she liked it more. She emptied out her pillowcase and laid her pillow on the floor, lazily resting her head on it.
"Life....sucks." She muttered, looking through her pile of junk and searching for her phone. What she didn't expect, was a talk with Promiscuity. Her head became foggy, a single voice clouding out her surroundings, Deiliah felt blinded. Life does not suck, it's beautiful. My work sometimes creates life, when lovers find their way, whether it be accide- "Please shut up, I've already had the talk." Delilah whispered, covering her ears as though that would stop the voice in her head from speaking up. It hurt her, for reasons she could jot explain. She wondered if Dante had been right, she wondered if her demon was controlling her. No, Delilah thought, she was being controlled by her demon, and she did nothing about it. Because you don't want to, admit it, you have always wanted this. "La la la, I can't hear you." Delilah struggled to disagree, fought hard to shut her demon up. But, she couldn't, memories flashed before her eyes; some of them reminded her of lustful thoughts and others just showed her people. Why? She didn't know. They were family members, friends, people she had only peeked at on the street, Dante? Even Luther seemed to show himself.
See them? They are all easy victims, you can have them. All of them. Listen to me, Delilah, listen and learn It was now clear, that Delilah could hear the intoxicating sweetness of Promiscuity's voice, sweet...but harmful. She knew the Demon's purpose, and she could have hit her head on the ground, it was so clear and obvious. It would hurt her, if she wasn't careful, and if she did not listen, it would control her more than she could handle. She would be nothing, barely more than a shell of what she was now. "I-I'll listen, but not now, not with my friends. Just please...be quiet." That was all she wanted, really. She wanted the demon to shut up, and be happy, satisfied for once. I will be quiet, for now, and I will let you rest. Once you are done, go and be social. I'd like to see you have more interaction...so I can pick our victim. With those few words, Promiscuity was gone, Delilah was left in a clearer daze, and she started to rest, because why not? What else could she do? Approach the others? No, that was for a later time, for now she could only listen.
